Amazing! Owners & entire staff is great. My son is 14 and he has been going there last 1.5 yrs. Perfect for any pre-teenagers and teenagers. He loves it. I enjoy going over there watching kids spar.they also have other programs as well.

They aren't teaching adults anything most of the students didn't know basic punches and no one was correcting anyone's mistakes they only care about their professionals i did things like throwing my head to far off line or I'd stop moving my feet during the drills but since it was a pilates class with boxing gloves the instructor didn't say anything and didn't as far as I can tell teach anything to anyone i went there to spare because they literally told me on the phone that the gym was open for sparring between classes it is not.i feel like i wasted my money and didn't find anything like a warrior coulter i leaned more boxing in karate class when I was a kid because there was literally no instructions on technique at all I paired off for drills the dude told us to slip slip catch a 1 2 3 a 3 being a lead hook the student i paired with was throwing the straight punches way off line so i didn't actually have to move and he was just turning his elbow up and putting his fist under his own chin so in stead of getting a drill in was trying to teach the person how to throw the punches the kid teaching the class told him to do without ever teaching him
