The truth is that amidst bad treatment, it is not a place for children, and children are not traumatized at all.

The bad reviews are shocking because my experience with my daughter having her teeth done went great! The receptionists were very nice. Everyone in the back was super nice and made my daughter feel nice and calm. It only took an hour and when she woke up from surgery they were very sweet with making her aware of what's going on. My other child has surgery there next month and I feel way more relaxed about it. I also think it's sweet how they gave her crayons and a paper to color to relax her nerves and not think too much about it.

Within 5 mins I knew I would be finding another place to do my kids dental work. The entire process of the “consult “ felt very rushed all they did was count her teeth didn’t even explain the surgery just that she couldnt eat or drink I was asking receptionist questions since nothing was explained. The staff a little unprofessional while in our consult room the staff kept coming in and out asking about questions for someone else’s child. Trying to get someone on the phone is very hard called a million times then just went up there for them to be closed early 11: 15 when sign says lunch is 12 …on our way out at the end of the ramp we saw a dead rat that plus my gut I decided to cancel and go with someone else night and day experience just from the phone conversation I knew after that I made the right decision.

This place is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are just money hungry THEY CHARGE MEDICAID PATIENTS! Beware! To top it off they want all cost paid upfront or wont perform any surgery. This place is a scam! They don't care about the patients no matter the pain, how many antibiotics your child has taken, any abscess, THEY DO NOT CARE! Go to a place that will put your childs health first. Parents save yourself the headache.

Just don't. Let me start by saying I have been in the medical field for 20+ years and know what is professional, this office and it's medical staff are horrid. My child needed work done, so an initial consultation was set up. We start in a dirty waiting area with receptionists who are too busy talking amongst one another to provide professional attention to the client. We discussed our needs and completed all of the paperwork, which of course included all medications which are typical medications for children this day and age, nothing off the path. The surgery appointment was set up for 3 months later, yes 3 months, 3 days before the appointment I brought up a concern regarding current medications and possible reactions to the anesthesia. Which is of course my right to do so, I received a call not 10 minutes later stating the surgeon was apprehensive to provide treatment and could not move forward with care. So, we waited THREE months to be told the surgeon was afraid to provide treatment? You couldn't tell us this 3 months ago, and we could have found a competent surgeon. Upside, big red flag, saved my child and myself a incompetent future with this business.

Very nice staff and a kind knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manner - very thorough to make sure my son is completely safe and prepared for surgery.

I left my sons appointment feeling SO uneasy. I’m not sure of the doctors name but she was telling me my son needed multiple silver crowns with zero X-ray ever performed, she said they would do an x ray while he was under sedation and silver crown whatever else she thought was needed. She was also trying to pull his already wiggly tooth out due to an “abbesses” that WASN’T EVEN THERE no lump, no redness, no pain, no puss, no fever NOTHING. After reading some of the reviews on here with the same exact concerns with the crowns I canceled his appointment. I’m not sending my child to get a mouth full of silver teeth and the rest ripped out so they can bill Medicaid. I booked him privately elsewhere and I am paying out of pocket. Trust your instincts parents! Don’t put your kids through the possible mental trauma of having their teeth ripped out and metal crowns on the rest.

Craig the anesthesiologist made us very uncomfortable with our 3yr old daughter he touched and held her head and legs while talking to us so much to the point of my daughter shoving him off of her and me having to take her off the chair. He then proceeded to ask 3xs to take her picture on his personal cell phone due to her being 8 pounds overweight and wanting to justify to other doctors why he denied treatment. Very awkward the entire visit. The other staff where great he just made me and my husband very uncomfortable to the point of my husband taking her to the car while I checked out.

Honestly, this facility has been the best one that I’ve ever been to from doing paperwork to be in. San happens all very fast and the doctors and nurses and receptionist are all very nice and informative would recommend 10 out of 10

Just a caring staff. Everyone is doing their job with a smile. The staff is efficient and gets the job done with great clarity. They listen and do their best to accommodate each child as needed.

Great experience from beginning till the end! My 4 year old felt so comfortable and let the Dr. Exam him.

I was very nervous after reading some of the bad reviews. But it has been wonderful. The nurses and the dentist were amazing with my daughter and made a potential stressful situation as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend

I recently brought my 7 y.o son here for dental surgery. The staff was absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the nurses in the back! They treated him so kindly and did their best to relieve him of any fears he had, which helped me relax too. The nurses provided my son with crayons and pictures to color, wiped his tears and told him he was brave about 100 times, and even tucked him in with a warm blanket. The Anesthesiologist was excellent and the Dentist was so helpful and transparent. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to all the employees here!

This place is absolutely amazing they work very well with children mak them feel comfortable and do amazing work

I recommend it 100%, my 6-year-old son with autism did very well, everyone was very kind to him and everything went well.

I took my 13 year old autistic son there. He was scared and they had to fix him to spray his nose with a medication to calm him down despite us asking to try the liquid medicine instead. But of course they had to do as they know my child Better than me. My son was covered in blood cause his nose started bleeding in a sever way because of that nose spray thing. After being done with the procedure, Ihave been told one of the nurses got her finger stuck somewhere while trying to fix him! So he is a liability and can not be seen there anymore. The thing is when I first called them 2 months ago for an appointment they lied saying that they only see children until the age of 12 and my child is 13. They sent me to Tampa instead and I drove all the way there for a nasty doctor to be sitting there refusing to see my son because they don’t see children from Orlando and because the Orlando facility being lying about the age of patients they see! I waited there for 3 hours because of admin problems and lies of both facilities. I have experienced a disability discrimination against my son in Tampa and lies from Orlando office cause it turned out that they see patients up until the age of 21! However, trying to get rid of my son who is a “liability” because someone stuck their finger trying to fix him, he is not going to be seen by the facility no more! Why is that my problem? Why do I have to drive to Tampa because of Orlando facility’s lies, why do doctors are involved in administration problems forgetting their oath to this occupation? Why do I have to deal with my disabled son by myself with everyone trying to get rid of him and I? What am I supposed to do with him if no one is trying to help me? I said I finally had the procedure appointment in Orlando and I am not going to file a complaint forgetting what I went through! But her we go, I am going to start filing complaints against both facilities in Orlando and Tampa for lies, disability discrimination, and injuries that my son had and trying to flip the table on me by claiming one of the nurses hurt their fingers while trying to do thier job. Enough is enough and I am not going to be nice anymore.
