Had an appointment at 10: 30 they changed to 10 o’clock got there at 9: 15 and had to wait till 10: 45 to be seen.

This is not my first time at ODC. I have been here as a walking in or scheduled patient and always the personnel & staff from the front desk to the technicians are very welcoming, willing to help, explaining any procedures & answering questions with a good attitude and in an empathetic way. They are very kind and loving people. Other things (A+) the personnel is bilingual, that’s is so good to know for all the Hispanic community because this office do so many different studies and having employees who can help with the language is more than 5 stars ️ I’m very grateful to be able to do my imaging in this facility, best thing the results come out in time. I always come back because I’m confident my doctors will receive my results. Personally I had a medical clearance, my PCP fax the order and I was surprised on how quickly OCD call me to make the appointment. I just want to let everybody know the good work, the good place and the good service they provide because when you are dealing with symptoms and being diagnosed you like to be treated with kindness and compassion and that was my experience. Doesn’t matter my results, God always provide and give us peace and I know ODC is a blessing in the medical fifeld. Thank you

Just had the best experience here at Orlando Diagnostic Center. From the very beginning when I scheduled the appointment they were terrific. I was called the day before to make sure all my insurance information was put in correctly. Then, upon arrival, Clarissa, the front desk person, was very welcoming and prepared. I only waited a few minutes to be taken back. Then the Tech who actually did the MRI, Max, greeted me with a calming manner, and an outstanding sense of humor. Once done, I walked out to check out, and without even having to ask, Clarissa had my disc ready to go. Outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend them if you need an MRI.

It is the best place for Radiology, good treatment and they serve on time. Thank you for such a good team, we will only go to this place, I recommend it.

This was my 3rd time at this location and had the same service. Everyone is very friendly, I never have to wait, for appointments or in the office. Definitely will be back

I’m a full esthetician and I’m aware of usage with ultrasound devices, The day after my trans vaginal ultrasound visit I developed a reaction from the exam I’m really worried about it as I never had anything happened to me. I never had any type of reaction from doing any type of private area exam. Mind you I’ve had ultrasounds done elsewhere with no problem and I’m aware of how it’s done and what is used. I’m not sure if the tech did not use sanitary products or disposables covers for the probes. I should have paid attention, but highly unsatisfied with the cleanliness, professionalism and sanitation. Will not go back nor recommend them. Will contact my gyno tomorrow for the bad referral.

My favorite place to do my studies. Super friendly and you can go without an appointment if you have an emergency Regina is very friendly and the secretaries. I recommend them %.
