I cannot say enough about this company. Their workers were polite, courteous and friendly. They covered all of my belongings so as not to get dust all over them. They even covered items in my linen closet and my curtains. I am very appreciative of the care that they took with my personal belongings. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone for a residential or commercial job.

The crew was very professional, polite and did an AMAZING job on taking out our tile. Protected the rooms not being done from getting a lot of dust in them, very careful around the one cabinet we had left in place and the carpeting. Cleaned up really well! Of course you will have some dust lol, but not nearly what I expected-their vacuum is great! Highly recommend!

Absolute amazing experience, the guys were prompt, did a great job on the floor. They removed the based boards as well. They left with no dust behind.

They removed my glue-down engineered hardwood with a thick rubber insulation that was super stuck to the concrete flooring — and they left pretty much zero residue; not sure how they do it, but I'm extremely impressed with their work.

I contacted Orlando Florida Removal more than a month in advance to schedule to have tile removed in my new home. They responded promptly to my calls and their quote was very reasonable. They kept in touch to confirm our schedule. They arrived promptly on the day the job was to be done. They did such a good job removing the tile in preparation to install hardwood floors that the slab looked almost new when they were finished. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Awesome Company to do work in your Home. I recently had Mateo and his guys over to remove 1850 sqft of tiles in my home in 2 Phases (we lived in home while renovating). I was so surprised with the whole process and how easy it was. I started scheduling with Katt. She was giving me a quote over the phone. She was very friendly and professional with a good sense of humor. She always made sure I was taken care of. Once the guys arrived at my home the whole process went rather quick. I have NEVER, never had a person doing work in my home respect Me and my House more then these guys did since I moved to Florida a few years ago. They made sure my things were protected from Dust before they started. Lucas the owner came out in person to make sure I was happy with the results. I hesitated for quite a while because the quoted price was HALF of what other companies have quoted me, but it turns out I made the right choice by hiring this company. On top of that, I ended up paying less then originally quoted. Lucas is in this business to make a living and not to get rich like other companies. I strongly recommend this Company!

Excellent company to work with. Crew worked diligently to removal 18” ceramic tile from our home. Prep with plastic sheeting kept things protected from dust, and cleanup was completed as expected. I highly recommend their services!

The guys did a fantastic job! Be prepared for some dust but they do mask off with plastic and give great care to surrounding areas during the process. We had high end intricate kitchen cabinetry that had been added after the original floors and they did a phenomenal job removing the flooring all the way up to the cabinets. After receiving a quote from our general contractor on the tile removal, I called a few places to get a second quote. The customer experience from initial call to subsequent work done by Orlando Floor Removal exceeded all expectations. Their initial response and working to understand the project from the start made them an easy choice to do the work. Subsequently when I received the invoice, it was lower then expected as they indicated they used the actual square footage of tile removed not the square footage off of the floor plans! After sharing this with my general contractor and seeing the work that was done, he asked for their contact information, indicating he would look to use them on future projects when tile needed to be removed.

From start to finish OFR provided the best service and work quality I've encountered since moving to Florida five years ago. Everyone on their team is professional and friendly. We have more tile to remove so will definitely contract OFR again. I can't say enough nice things about this company! If I could give more than five stars. I would.

I didn't visit the store what is more of a place for storage and they also provide floor removal of any kind. Using a few times to remove VCT on some of our projects. Sometimes a little hard I get ahold of the owner, but it always all works out at the end.

I am so glad I called Orlando Floor Removal. My home changed in literally 2hrs or a little less. I was sick of walking on thin set and hearing the crunching sound underneath my feet. I tried removing it myself with a grinder and chisel and I knew that this wasn't a job for me. These guys came in and to my surprise drove a machine into my house and this machine was eating up this thin set like a pac man video game. He didn't even have to go over any areas twice and it left my floor smooth and leveled. It was worth every penny i spent which was very, very reasonable in my opinion. It was money well spent in order for me to walk on a smooth floor again until I'm ready for the wood floor to be installed. They even gave me a quote on the installation of the floor and I think its very reasonable and fair. Thanks Guys for a job well done.

I was a little skeptical at first since the company only had two older reviews and no web page, but I couldn't say no to their price. Three very nice and extremely professional guys showed up on time and immediately got to work. I cannot believe how quickly they went into action! Within minutes they had taped off all doorways with plastic and covered everything in the room with plastic to protect it from dust and wood. It took them about 1 1/2 hours and the weird little 200' section of glue down wood floor in 1/2 my living room was gone! I would absolutely hire them again.
