Orlando Foot and Ankle Clinic - Waterford Lakes / Upperline Health reviews
12Very rude staff & doctor. I waited an hour and a half and everyone seem bothered to have to work or bothered that it was busy. Not very friendly. Also was pressured into receiving a treatment I did not want at all! No empathy whatsoever by the people here. My doctor was Dr. Shane. Never going back.
They billed me $1000 to remove an ingrown toe nail from my 20 year old daughter. It would have been better if they told us upfront how much it was going to cost. We paid over $600 upfront and got another bill a month later for $340. That is excessive.
I went there twice, I paid my full bill every time and I kept on getting new bill for the following 5 months every time I call, I pay, and I ask do I owe anything else they say no your all paid, then I get another bill the following month it became more like a utility bill. They are dishonest I’ve never went back.
Ps. The treatment never worked
Had a great visit at Orlando Foot and Ankle. Always treated with great professionalism by the Doctors and staff. My recent visit at Orlando Foot and Ankle with Dr Kramer and staff was exceptional.
Excellent and caring treatment I always received in all my appointments
Wonderful medical staff
The wait time here is ridiculous. Waited for an hour and a half. Funny how they don't offer to refund anyone for wasting their time.
I'm diabetic, I've been treated with care. Great professionalism, Dr Shane and Dr Kramer. The nurses, staff excellent customer service and team work. I highly recommend this clinic. Been a patient for about 8 months.
Dr. Shane and her team are amazing! She took great care in surgically repairing a broken foot and getting me back to normal again. Highly recommend her and this office
Plan on taking at least an 1 hour & half off from work for an appointment. I've waited at least 50 min in the waiting room for my last 3 visits. Dr. Shane is very helpful on the plus side once you get to see her.
Son didn't follow up with the bill and it was sent to collection without any notice.charging additional 35% to medical bill. Way to treat a recent grad just trying to make ends meet. I get he should have paid his bill but 35% is over the top.
I have waited at least an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time the past four visits just to get called to the back and wait more. Starting to become ridiculous.
Appointments are rarely seen on time. I've waited 1 1/2 - 3 hours to be seen. My fault I guess. Receptionist and staff are friendly and courteous. Dr Shane spent a total of 2 minutes seeing me over 2 appointments, prompting other appointments for what could've been addressed in 1 visit
