Stopped by while on vacation and the retail staff what the best I have ever met. They all went out of their way to look of a jacket for me and even special ordered one for me and had it shipping to my house. I will stop by every time I’m in Orlando

Went looking for clothes and they had a nice collection. The female employee that helped me was very friendly and polite. Great customer service, which is rare these days. The dressing room was clean. A great shopping experience.

During Bike Week 2018, lost my rear wheel bearing. I am from Kansas. They broke a mechanic loose, picked up my bike (HOG Member), showed me the damage, repaired the issue and was back on the road in 3 hours.excellent service, really made me feel at home, away from home and road all the way back to Kansas with their experts doing the repair. A special note: They only repaired what needed repair and did sell me more than I needed.plus their store has a lot to offer as well. I highly recommend this Harley Davidson shop to anyone needing service. Thank you Steve Smart for a super experience.

Shopped here 4 or 5 times always friendly service and this weekend great deals for ladies shirts! Like the fact you can check out the bikes and not get the high pressure sales deal like some shops!

Let me start by saying, I am New to Harley Davidson, I have had metric bikes in the past and really never thought of owning a Harley. Well at my age now I decided, part of my kick the bucket list is to own a Harley. Well I Stop by Harley south in Kissimmee my first encounter was sskelly a well knowledgeable Young man he took time to explain bike options and pricing, he even went ahead and had the bike I like I bought over from the Orlando store. The next gentleman I encountered was Robert. Robert was able to close the, deal for me he was really professional and attentive to all my needs. Honestly I work in the hospitality business for over 25 years and the tpye of service I recieved from everyone I encountered in this store was more then superb. THE Professionalism of every one AND the I care attitude they all demonstrated really was the main factors I became a HD owner. I really hope HD cooperate headquarters acknowledge the tremendous crew working at this place. Here are some of the names of HD crew members I encountered, SSkelly, Robert, Shane, David, Steven, Lev Sanchez, Roy and all the others that help me Select clothing and accessories. Once again thank you all for the excellent experience I highly recommend every one who is out in the market for a motorcycle to first pass by this store they will not be disappointed.

Right off the plane, Uber to Harley Davidson. Rented a 2017 Road Glide for 100.00 per day (took the extra insurance, just in case). Excellent recommendation by the staff. Only problem is now I want my own. Great Ride, Thanks Guys!

Very friendly staff. Took their time to answer all of my questions even though I was not looking to purchase another motorcycle anytime soon. Only looking to customize my stock Iron 883 right now. Once my customization is complete, I will definitely purchase from them.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon- no one in the sales room and no salesmen available to help us out: when we asked the merchandise staff if there were any salesmen and was given a response that there were only two? - no offer to find one for us. We left and tried to call and got voicemail- guess no one wants to sell a bike at this location. Will take out business to another harley dealer!

Wow. Fantastic store and very helpful staff. My husband wanted to buy a jacket which was not his size. One of the lovely ladies there suggested another member of staff go to another store and get him the size he required with no expectations that he had to buy it! So we waited and they brought him two different sizes.needless to say he bought it! What a fantastic service knowledgeable staff and very welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all

First visit to the dealership. Enjoyed their bike night. You have to rsvp for their events which was a first time for me. Still pretty cool.
