19Why can you not reach a live person when you call? No one can assist you? No answer on the phone…. I don’t understand.
Orlando Health's emergency service is excellent, my experience with them was very good, they treated me quickly and diagnosed me in less than two hours, they relieved my pain and with the prescription I am much better, nurse Mayra was very attentive to me until the moment I left there. I recommend it 100 percent in your emergency cases.
The staff, from the entrance check-in, to the nurse and doctor who helped us, were beyond helpful, professional and so friendly. Appreciate their attention on the night we had to go in.
This is only emergency room I trust with my kids. Security guard was great, check in lady was very sweet and efficient, Nurse Anthony was an absolute pleasure as well as Dr. Wolf. Dr. Wolf knew exactly what was wrong with my son and had great bed side manner. Best hospital in my opinion!

No wait time. They are very efficient and friendly. The doctors explained the tests preformed and results. The nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was there about 2 hours and prescriptions ordered to be picked up at my pharmacy. I would recommend this ER.
Was awful for the reason been that they only did a urine lab test and nothing else! The doctor didn’t even bother to observe me!

The worst hospital ever. The Doctor misdiagnosed me with having Shingles. No laboratory test were performed and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Could not have been made any more comfortable and made to feel my condition was important with the utmost importance, to be honest I believe I wouldn't choose to go anywhere other Orlando Health I live in New Jersey and felt quite comfortable and special

Uh the wait times are pretty long but what hospital doesn’t have that but I was treated with care so ya it was good.
The care was excellent, the doctors' treatment was super timely and kind to me. They speak English and have excellent doctors in Spanish as well. Thank you for helping me heal.

Went straight to Orlando health for my 15th year old son after discovering from care spot that he had COVID so we came here and very great customer service support staff. I just wish that they would give him prescriptions for his Covid which they did not.and also my daughter came here but seems like they never sent her rx to cvs as they should have. But didn't do it happy New Year
I had not been to the Emergency Room in a while because of the lack of empathy and unprofessionalism they have with patients. They never go the extra mile to find out what you may have even if the laboratories say otherwise. If you go to the ER you have to focus on one thing and lie to them about any condition you have because otherwise they will only treat you for your condition and not for the real reason you went. It's sad that you have to think about what to say to get them to serve you and they don't do it well either.
Hands down Orlando Health is the best hospital in Florida. I had very bad experiences with Advent Health, and going to Orlando Health was a night and day difference. Thank you Orlando Health for your care and compassion.
OSCEALO ER. In the best in to go with you're in need of medical assit. They athe best Doctors and staff. They are very puncutal, willito assit immediately when ypu arrive. Words can't express how thankful I am doing my visits. They're no place like Oscelo ER, I mean no place.
