Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion - Four Corners, Clermont FL

They took care of me I didn't have to sit hours in the waiting room or once I got in the back.

The staff was very professional and efficient in my time of need. Of course I never want to go to an emergency room or hospital again but if I had to, I trust them with my life!

Absolutely easy to give 5 stars.
Front desk check in people were kind. There was no wait, and it was clean.
The Dr. Listened carefully to symptoms, ordered tests, was very thorough. She found a problem from my CT and I am in process of setting up a needed surgery.
I am not sure it would have been looked into so well if I was somewhere else.
Even the person who came in to do An EKG went to get my friend coffee.

The emergency care is excellent from the person who greets you at the entrance to the end of the stay, it is fast, the doctors and nurses are very attentive, clear and care that the patient and their families feel well.
I definitely give this hospital a 10/10.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. We are from out-of-state and with not knowing the area we picked this ER out of random. They were fast at getting us in and seen. Constantly checked on my son. Actually cared about his well-being. I was so incredibly impressed with our experience. Highly recommend.

I was in pain. Did nothing for pain. Lied about treating me for pain. I see a pain management Dr and the last Dr I saw gave me pain medication.

Excellent attention to the details. Good communication flow keeping the patient informed throughout the whole process in ER. ER Personnel are very professional and prepared to support patients needs. Highly recommend Orlando Health.

Everything was good except they prescribed 2 prescription but I could only take one because the other one had a reaction to the other medicines I was taking. They should of check more thoroughly to see if I could take it.

Hospital was amazing until I was transferred to Orlando health in Clermont worst hospital I've ever been to. From reading my old chart from October to not cleaning my wound at all for 3 days I was there I had to clean it my self as they would just wrap it back with old bandage but Orlando health in 4 corners. Id go there anytime. Nice staff. Friendly helpful and most of all fast to see u

We were from another state and they treated my foster daughter and my adopted daughter with such kindness! My kids were unsure first about going to the ER being a “little, ” But everyone made them feel welcome and they even received a little Christmas present they could play with while being examined and waiting for test results. This place is top notch and definitely deserves 5 stars ️

Excellent care, very attentive doctor and staff. Short wait time. Got everything needed and went out the door in slightly over 3hrs. Being from Chicago where I have never been taken care of so quickly.
