I went to have a CT scan & I must say I was pleased with the way they treat their patients.
I had a bad impression before I got there but that all changed.
Manny, Marilyn & Nicole made sure they took care of me. Micheal, the tech who did the scans, was great. I was cold & he gave me a blanket. They are so kind. I had to leave this review. God bless them all.

If you owe them they don't call to ask a credit card, they just send those coins straight to collections and ruin your score. Awful place

The best staff to have when one is feeling ill and worried. All were pleasant and in particular Joe doing my CT Scan went above and beyond the call of duty.he was pleasant, well informed, and asked me about my past concerning reason for me being there, and respectful. He knew what to ask.

Place is pretty useless and a waste of time. Between them and the insurance company nobody knows how to confirm that I needed An MRI Arthrogram with contrast. Called the morning of to confirm my apt. Don’t they usually call you to confirm? Had the woman on the phone confirm it was an arthrogram she says yes.

Then I show up, and the woman explains that it is a special kind of MRI and that I couldn’t get it done at that location that day. Apologies only go so far. Everyone involved dropped the ball.

I went in for a mri and I'm claustrophobic and the young lady put me at Ease.and she was very professional and did the test in a short time so I wasn't in there very long or at least it didn't feel like I was. Thank you

I went to the Altamonte office and in this office all personal are extremely nice to you; they will go above and beyond for your needs and with this pandemic going on Office is super clean and they’re taking all procedures for our safety and their safety.

All Nurse was wonderfulThey went way out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable hospital was clean the doctor was nice and he did his job and I’m home safe so I bank or all of Sanford hospital in. And thank you Dr. Schraff

I have rheumatoid arthritis so I get a lot of x-rays. This was my first time at Orlando Health Imaging and I will be going to this office from now on. The office staff were very kind and professional. There was someone taking temps and keeping everything very clean and virus free! Sue took my x-rays and she was professional - making sure x-rays were perfect before I left. Also Sue was just the kindest person, conversation talking my mind off pain as much as possible. This office is fast - in and out with NO complaints.

This place was very clean the staff was very friendly and even as a young lady named Drew the very great care of me also she was very friendly they kept me aware what was going to be happening in what she was doing

I enjoy coming to this facility on Saturday for short wait time and the same friendly staff and clean facility as always.

I had xrays at the Lake Mary location on December 2nd. Today is January 2nd and my doctor does not have the results. Very disappointing Orlando Health.

They were very kind and accommodating while making the appointment. They were just as kind when we got there, quick and friendly.

Front desk was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, handled my walk-in appointment with ease. The staff in the back were very knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a pleasant experience from the time I entered until the time I left. I was a walk-in and I was in and out quickly with discs in hand!

This imaging center is good. The sign is a little bit hard to see from one direction of the road. The stuff are very nice. My mom is a cancer survivor, and she needs to follow-up every six months. She can be forgetful sometimes, especially with paperwork. She does not speak English, which makes her more forgetful about paperwork. It would be great if they can call couple days before the appointment date to confirm the time and remind the patients about the testing and referral forms. It is hard for cancer patients and family to keep up with all the paperwork and appointments. Fortunately, I was able to call the referring doctor in the same Orlando Health network and get the referral form faxed to this location. The gentleman in the front desk who helped us was very kind and professional. I will suggest to make sure to call them before your appointment to make sure you have all the forms and paperwork you need so that you can bring them to your appointment. The waiting area is nice, and they have TV showing the news channel. Best wishes to everyone.
