Dr Christone Jablonski is the best Dr.for bone density. She explains everything, creates a care plan, and really cares about my well being! Best Dr.ever!

Had an appointment this morning for an Ultra sound and x-rays. The entire experience was better then any other medical location I have been to in the past. Most notably was my Tech Carmen. She was incredibly and walked me through with such care I felt like I had family taking care of me. In my profession I over see a large Member Experience group and I would steal her in a minute if our operations were medical related. Thank you Carmen for your extra care during my suprise dizzy spell, keep doing what your doing your making a difference.

Made me feel comfortable and kind of pampered! Staff were very courteous and friendly and explained procedures well.

Several factors compelled me to give this facility only 1 star. My first appointment: told to arrive at 6: 45 am for a 7 am appointment. I arrive at 6: 40 am knowing I was a bit early. 6: 45 am comes and goes. At 6: 55 am the front desk person slinks in noticing that there were patients at the front area. Looks away without a greeting. I wait until a few minutes past 7 am I ask about checking in since she was still firing up her computer. I explained I was instructed to be there at 6: 45 am and she says she doesn't start work until 7 am. Wrong answer. After trying to recover from her obviously incorrect answer, she gets me checked in. There is a huge disconnect in this facility where employees are operating on auto pilot and you do not see any managers around. This is great as long as the employees have the right training and attitude to operate independently which should be the ideal way. I never got a survey for this visit so I have not been able to convey my feedback other than here. My other issue is that their phones are down A LOT. They always blame it on an IT issue and no one in the O H system can help you get through for hours. There does not appear to be an urgency to help the patient. Only an attitude of "there is nothing we can do". Truly disappointing for such a huge facility who wants to be #1 in patient care. Sadly this is where my insurance participates so I am stuck.

Had my yearly mammogram done And appt scheduling was great and Starr was very professional and helpful.

Service at OH Imaging was superb. In and out quickly and the technician was very nice and professional

My visit was outstanding! Rebecca did the best mammogram I have ever had I was taken on time and the staff front Check in was friendly fast and attentive.it was the best visit I have had I can’t tell you how pleased I was I will return and spread the word. I only wish we had an office in Altamont Springs but it’s worth a ride and I will return to do have my mammograms in any work that I need to have done at this facility. Thanking You so much

The Winter Park location is amazing

3.5 stars. I will never understand why a paper prescription need to be brought to mammogram appointments. My Provider is an Orlando Health Provider. It should be an easy scan into the system. Then we are asked to fill 6 pages of paper work. Again, my name, address and information should already be in the system. Please sync your systems to speed the process and make the check in process easier. The mammography tech was excellent.

I had such a wonderful experience with the imaging center in Winter Park. The ladies that did my mammogram and ultrasound were so sweet and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. The facility was super clean and I was very impressed. All of the staff were friendly and easy to talk to.
