This facility is amazing. They are Angels and they treat you with compassion and go out of their way to help. My daughter was bitten severely by a dog and without the Doctors and Nurses I'm sure my daughter would not have healed properly. Thank you so much!

I couldn't think of a better Pediatric. Any and evey issue has been solved by this kind gentle team of professionals. Bring your child here and trust the process. Fast and efficient.

What a fantastical staff and doctors they have here. I have enjoyed every visit with Orlando Home primary care pediatric. Thank you for caring for my little one. Since I’ve been here I have always recommended this pediatrician. I’ve been seeing ARMSTRONG DEMORAES, NICOLE, MD but everyone is truly amazing!

It’s the BEST place to take your child ever! Starting from the Front Desk agents, office manager, nurses, residents and pediatricians. I feel so safe taking my son there, that I won’t change it for anything. They are very knowledgeable and care how I feel. Even though they are the ones that knows, the consult everything with me, ask for my opinion and take it in consideration. Office Manager Alisha, Front desk Ylani, Nurse Maria, Residents Arjith Rathakrishnan, Daniel Barlett and Luke Proctor and Pediatrician Nicole Armstrong Demoraes and Dahoui are my favorite team. They are so consistent and GREAAAATTT, that I want to give a shout out to them. I love you guys and thank you for taking such good care of me and my baby boy. They are trustworthy people, believe that coming from a mama that her baby has a lot of special needs and he is a complicated case and I can tell you, none of them had never disappointed us. Simply the BESTS!

I’m satisfied with the care I have received. If I have any questions or concerns they will always respond to me. Also great at booking same day double appointments for my children’s.

Our first visit they put an intern on a newborn to extract blood. She hurt my baby. Then got another nurse to cover it up. Needless to say I went off on her. Asked for a supervisor they admitted to the wrong doing and supposedly wrote the girl up.

2 days later we had am appointment. My lady lost a lot of blood during pregnancy and need to return to emergency room. We told the doctors here we were not able to attend your appointment. That we would have the bellirobin checked at the emergency where his mom is. They lied and told us the emergency room would not see him. We were not denied care at the hospital.

Actually the hospital told us the Bellyruben is going to be elevated while he is filtering a Hemetoba from birth on his head. The same as what the hospital told us. Then educated us on all the signs to watch for. We have watched all the signs to watch for to make sure my baby is healthly. He has had none of theose signs.then told us to avoid and doctors while he is so young and monitor him very closely which we are doing they also said my baby is above the weight he should be at. And we are doing a great job with our newborn.

Third visit
Early in the morning a frantic person from this hospital calls waking all 3 of us out of a sound sleep.telling us we need to bring our baby in asap. In a panic we get dressed and head over. Come to find out there is no emergency they just want an additional check up.
Every thing was good levels still a little high although they know why. They then scheduled us to return in 2 days. We had other plans out of town. When we tried to reschedule here with come with scare tactics again. We told them we do not appreciate them trying to scare us into visits. That we would be there in the next 2 days and we would follow up.

Fouth visit today I am writing this right after leaving this office. This was the worst visit yet. The doctor kept avoiding my questions, she lied about the reasons to avoid treating my baby with phototherapy. Then when I called her out on here deception she told me if I don't trust her we can find a new doctors office. When I asked is she denying us care she said no. I'm confused

They use scare tactics to charge your insurance over and over for the same things instead of treating the baby. The doctor has been caught in lies and when acknowledged the doctor when and got the office manager saying we have to have a better relationship.are you kidding me. Smh please watch these doctors with your baby's. To make things worse they call child protective services on us because we're good parents and we do not trust the people who lie to us when it comes. To the safety and concern of our newborn.

Just remember you do have a choice and a voice!

To the staff at orlando health pediatric you are still horrible doctors.you did not hurt me or my family and we will follow up with our attorney because you lied and tried to have us investigated by child protective services. The jokes on you no case no problem and again you still are horrible at your jobs!

A nurse made me feel uncomfortable asking personal questions saying I smell like weed but I have my MJ and I never smoke around our bby yet she was very invasive about my personal life and judgmental

I’ve been brining my kids here for years but after this encounter I’m definitely changing doctors the
staff there is very unprofessional don’t try to work with you at all.

I'm giving this center a 4 star because every single physician I have worked with was exceptional expect Dr Flavia Walter. She was my first HORRIBLE experience with a physician. I left that visit feeling confused, belittled, bullied and extremely uncomfortable. She was in there with me for all of 5 minutes, and had express so much micro aggression, made tons of stereotypical misconceptions of my race. Then threaten to have CPS come to my house if I didn't book a (Child behavioral assessment) appointment. Mind you I had already submitted everything, that office was backed up with a long list so they hadn't reached out to me. And tons of other unprofessional and out of line remarks. I had to speak to my husband and 5 other people about it. I have never left a physician office and felt like that before, I can recount the entire encounter until this day. That's how out of line and vulgar she was.
