It was excellent doctor from the hospital took care of my knees, especially thanks to Dr. Anderson and his team for relieving me of the pain that I was in and all the nurses George's ex is the best ever from all over her different departments receive excellent help

Nurses were over the top. I loved that they are being taught about insulin pumps. I have had mom in there and I was too. The improvements are very noticeable. I can honestly say your a step above osceola regional. Your on the right track

My last experience was not good at all my medications were no given to me on time I
My anxiety was all over the place as well as my back pain

I was hospitalized here and I got to say that all staff, doctors, nurses and everyone was very professional, also loving and caring. Honestly, the best hospital I’d ever been. Don’t think twice if you seek for awesome professional care.

The care I received was good. Doctor's and nurses seemed genuinely concerned. I felt they cared about my well being.

The service was impeccable, the technician was very helpful since I let him know that I was not very comfortable with the machine, He make sure to communicate often to make me feel safe

I arrived for my procedure and was immediately greeted and taken back to the procedure area. The team that prepared me for my procedure were very helpful and courteous. Everything went as planned and I appreciated their care.

Arrived thru ER. Everyone was very professional and respectful. David and Michelle were my ER nurses and did a great job.
Moved up to a room within hours and all were excellent.

I was Very impressed w the care n Comfort given to me while my stay at the hospital. The staff, Nurses n Doctors were All very helpful, kind, attentive, respectful n caring to my needs n treatment.

On Tuesday September 19th 2023 I went to the emergency room with shortness of breath and chest pain. I was told by the girl in the front that someone would see. I went back to her and asked how long was the wait because I was having difficulty breathing. No one took my vitals. So I went to Aventhealth and immediately was taken to the back and vitals were taken.

Everyone was very friendly, even as there was a mixup with my orders and what was in the system. The problem could have made me wait for a few hours, but the lovely woman who handled my admittance got ahold of my dr right away and got the mixup fixed. I was in and out for my testing. Great job to everyone!

Hi, I am Lusette, my experience, a Saint Cloud hospital was above my expectation. As a small hospital, but a Powerful Hospital from the lobby to the emergency room staffs, doctors and nurses and techs to the admission admitted department the upper floor the second floor to say, because the hospital only have two floors it’s not a huge 10 floors hospital or state of the arts elevators - blah blah blah, but the teams the staffs the people from the receptionist, the charge nurse the housekeeping department staffs they are phenomenal. They are a great family hospital.you go there or you feel like you’re at the right place. I met Michelle, an emergency room nurse, and Joshua Thompson, they were the born of the emergency room to me. I would never forget his name Joshua Thompson! And I bless him with my words from heaven.
God‘s will bless this guy in everything he does. I walked to the emergency room drop off from a Uber driver from another hospital. I was just discharged and it’s a long story but with my blood pressure was 229/109 they was afraid to tell me, they took care of me, so i didn’t have a massive blow into my brain or some thing they make sure if there was no damage there won’t be any damage any longer so I thanked God for choosing his angels to give care to the people who walked at St. Cloud Hospital.so from the time that I was there, everyone treated me with love and respect and caring for me first that’s what I call Nurses from the word Nurturing! Nurses and doctors choose by the Lords hands! To care for his people here on earth. They cared for me with respect. I give St. Hospital a 10 if that’s the maximum! It is not a hospital to just pass by, because it’s small. Rather; look at it as a Giant place. Because there are Giant Heroes there. It has great people from any department from whatever they doing very professional, great team of people. I do hope St. Cloud Hospital Can add a few more building or floors to the original. But if it has to stay small/ Giant that’s fine, at the capacity they still saving lives! St. Cloud Hospital is a Five Stars***** hospital for all your healthcare needs!
