From checking in to checking out everyone was so helpful and attentive. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who helped me deliver my first baby, thank you all so much. I plan to come back to this hospital when I have my second my baby because of the great care that was given to me.

Best hospital ever! They take the time to listen to your needs and wants for you and your baby.

We spent about three months in the NICU and were extremely pleased with the service provided. The NICU staff is very supportive and patient-centered. The doctors involved us in our child's care and valued our concerns as parents. Dr. Matrone, Dr. LaBrecque and Dr. Rajkumar are phenomenal neonatologist. The nurses and respiratory therapists took such good care of my son as well. Dr. Ha Chen from palliative care was fantastic as well.

Super grateful for the spiritual care team. I've met with several of them and they helped my overall emotional well being during an extremely challenging time.

Back in April I was in and out of Winnie Palmer for various tests and it was a very difficult time in my life. Every single person I came into contact with was amazing from the front desk to nurses to the security. I was treated so well and with so much compassion. I didn’t come into contact with one rude or dismissive person. The staff did all they could to help me and my family and I’m forever grateful

Wonderful experience, start to finish! I appreciate all the nurses, doctors, and staff that took care of me. Everyone was so attentive and caring. They made sure I was comfortable as well as my baby. I appreciate the care from Winnie Palmer Hospital!

I want to personally thank Nurse Erin on the Labor and Delivery Unit at WPH. Erin, you are a true angel. After a bad experience in triage, you met my husband and I at the doors of the Labor and Delivery unit with a warm smile. You instantly came to our room and completed everything triage did not. You worked quickly to manage my pain and give me antibiotics. I cannot thank you enough. You kept my baby and I safe with your monitoring. Your bedside manner was so impressive, and I had complete trust in you. Thank you for turning my birth experience into a positive one. I will never forget your care and how you made me feel. I hope everyone can have a nurse like Erin.

I had the worst treatment from the post-surgery nurses on the 10th floor of the Winnie Palmer Hospital, if you have the option of going to another hospital, do so. Several friends who just gave birth there had already told me but I didn't listen. I never come back. The only good nurses who treated me with dignity, respect and professionalism were Marisol and Sarika from the 10th floor, the rest were horrible

Over all I really like Winnie. This will be my second delivery there. The nurse, doctor, and the triage nurse were so nice and gave me peace of mind that my baby was healthy.

However, the only thing I did not like was the triage waiting room. The chairs were dirty and I got bit by some kind of insect flying around the room.

This was my first time staying at the Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando and everyone was so pleasant starting with the check in desk. It was a last minute decision to keep me overnight but my nurses were so attentive, amazing, kind and sweet. And being released the next day was a fast process as well. I would definitely recommend this hospital and would go back myself if I had too.

I went back and forth between the hospital and altamonte because of a multitude of other peoples opinions. I had a vaginal birth - every nurse u interacted with was caring friendly bubbly and willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I was having a hard time with everything labor related - They would take care if baby when u wasn’t able and I would highly recommend this hospital to any one soon to be

I checked in at 1: 30 pm it’s now 5 o’clock I’m still in the waiting room, I am 3 days away from my due date which is august 2nd and now I’m having really bad contractions and having gush of fluids, people who came after me are being admitted while I’m being told there’s no room available. IF YOU ARE HAVING AN EMERGENCY PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT AT WINNIE PALMER. It’s ridiculous!

Honestly I don’t feel like I would have gotten the same experience at any other hospital. The nurses were wonderful and personable and gave me great care, especially during labor. They did a wonderful job keeping me calm as I had to go into an emergency C-Section, they also kept me well informed and answered any questions I had through the whole process. During the postpartum stay, they cared a lot about my mental health on top of physical health. I wish I could personally thank all of them.

The best hospital I've been to, very good care, the nurses and doctors are very kind and treat you with care, especially nurse Jasmine in the delivery room, she helped me and attended to everything and thanks to her I had an easy delivery. I can say that this hospital is truly the right one for pregnant women and unborn babies, 10/10 ️️️️️

First time mom and first birth. Unfortunately I put my trust in the wrong hospital. Traumatic experience (huge story to write, but basically i was ready to push and no one believed me) I never want to give birth again because of this. They have way too many patients and not enough staff to give proper attentive care to mothers and their babies. And not to mention i came back and went to the ER 3 days postpartum because I believed i had postpartum preeclampsia (runs in the family) and they did an EKG, ultrasound on my veins, and chest xray just to say everything looks good you’re dismissed and I questioned it and they specifically said “well hun birth is traumatic on the body and it takes time to heal” i went to my primary doctor the next day and he prescribed me with preeclampsia pills, preeclampsia is nothing to play with and this hospital failed me multiple times.please find another hospital.

I just had my baby in the 24th of July. Winnie Palmer was overall okay, they are the second busiest baby factory in the country according to a nurse I spoke to which caused massive delays for me. My induction was pushed back a day, when we were finally called in because they were ready for me we had to wait 4 hours for a room to be open. Once in the induction room I was there overnight, my pain was intolerable but they could not move me to labor and delivery because there were no rooms. Once they finally moved me I was in l&d for two days, one of which my boyfriend had to sleep on the floor because although they allow two people in the room there is was only one seat. Jasmin in L&D was an angel, she treated us like family and kept our spirits up, she also tried her hardest to find a cot or something for my boyfriend so he wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor again, however none were available. I ended up having a c section due to the amount of time I was in labor, I was visibly nervous and Jasmin was very very sympathetic and helped calm me down. The c section itself was seamless, the team took very good care of me even though I was very nervous and sick. Once in recovery the staff was also great. My baby was in NICU for a week and although the staff was polite and gentle with my son we felt very uninformed of what was happening in the NICU. The doctors only call you once a day to give you an update and the nursing staff pretty much know as much as you do. We voiced these concerns since our little one had multiple things he was being treated for that we had no knowledge of initially. When it was all said and done my opinion on this hospital is very back and forth. It’s chaotic, busy, and feels a bit unorganized. The long waits for everything really took a toll on me mentally specially being in labor three days. However the staff really made up for it, I cannot recall one staff member that was not polite, attentive, warm, and extremely professional.
