The instructor sounded like a horse race commentator.like if he had memorized a script, just talking non stop. He wasn’t even doing any of the poses himself, just walking around. I had to follow from the people around me.
All these great 5 star reviews has to be fake. Will never be going here again! Zero stars!

Maria it’s a great teacher, I highly recommend you to stop by on Wednesday morning if you are an expert, check the rest of the class or talk with any Maria’s student, they will guide you to the best option.

I have been going to this studio for over 4 years and absolutely love the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love hot yoga, because I enjoy going here and feeling comfortable with zero judgment from others. This studio helped me become a healthier person and I am immensely grateful for that!

I was in Orlando for a conference and got the visitor pass, which was very reasonably priced for a week of classes, and came with the convenience of mats and towels. I ended up attending five classes in my six days there. The studio is super clean and the instructors were all so good- providing helpful adjustments to poses and exuding the positive energy they have within. I left town fully rejuvenated and definitely plan on coming back whenever I come to my favorite spot of Disney world!
