Orlando Kitchen and Bath Gallery reviews
4Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This place is run by morons. Met the owner or manager. Listening to her before I spoke showed me she’s incapable of grasping professional conduct. Never going back, ever!
Unfortunately, there are a few businesses in this building. Those operating solely as Orlando Kitchen & Bath aren't decent at all.
For US Design Source: Michael and his side of the shop are phenomenal. Lauren is an absolute pleasure to work with - she has a knowledge and passion, and it's very clear. She and Michael are honest with you, and are willing to talk through every detail - not just sell you, but talk through why what you want may/not work, and/or what would make the most efficient use of your time and/or money.
For Orlando Kitchen & Bath: The owners of Orlando Kitchen & Bath are absolutely horrible. Traci and Sean (yes, with an "I", per their business cards). They're rude, in-your-face, obnoxious. They talk to you like you're idiots, don't know what you're talking about, AND don't know what you want. As if these weren't issues - they bluntly tell you something is stupid and/or won't work without offering explanation, and then they avoid talking proper numbers - as if they just want to see how far they can push the cost before you stop them. We'd contacted and met with them quite a few times over about a year. We'd encountered six different 'girls' in the office in that time. We say "girls", because that's how Sean referred to them: "I'll have one of my girls do it". It felt wrong and disrespectful. Some of the "girls" were incredibly attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative too - Heidi and Samantha, the Executive Assistants (though we got the feeling they did way more than ever given credit for, because we could hear them being given personal tasks, and even tasks using their personal cars). There were a couple designers, but Stacy was great, and really worked with us. The woman at the front desk, Tiffany/Tiffani (we weren't sure), was just pleasant and informative too. The way Traci and Sean spoke to some of them was absolutely abhorrent. You can always tell a lot about some people by the way they speak to and treat the wait staff, their office staff, and/or their cleaning staff. This was embarrassing and made us uncomfortable to witness/hear - they'd yell, demean, demand, ask horribly rude and accusatory questions, and not once compliment or thank them. We hope the women working for them moved up and out of there. Unfortunately, after working with the owners, we just couldn't make a proper case for working with them. When you work on a remodel or a new-build of anything this business offers, you're looking at a significant chunk of time. We didn't want to invest any time on the chance we'd have to work with Sean or Traci further (rather than just deal with the accountant, Heidi/Samantha, or the designer), and we didn't want to risk the dishonest business dealings we felt were in our future if working with them.
EDIT: We've since found out that all the women in the office have all left - good for them! We've also since been told that Orlando Kitchen and Bath no longer does residential work. So we guess that worked out, all in the end.
Their team is very nice and easy to work with. The quality of their work is really good as well. I looked around a little and they beat the other quotes that I received for a kitchen remodel.
