Does not honor their website prices! I used them for my gender reveal party and I went back to them to use them for my baby shower (only 1 month a part) and I got a quote for $250 for which their website said the half balloon garland is $120. They said that’s too low of a price. Not a great way to treat a returning customer. Also, the backdrop curtain that I purchased from them to use for my gender reveal was dirty and looked so warn out and old. I decided to overlook it and give them another chance. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I know sometimes people leave random comments to damage a company s reputation and beneffit they own but what I have to say about this company is that they are very proffesional and in my experiece everyting was perfect and the balloons arch jut like I wanted it. An all extremely last minute and still they said yes, THANKS

Horrible! Will NEVER recommend! My party was at 10am and they were supposed to show at 9. It was 2 hours later and no call no show! I got a call from a random number and it was them. My delivery ended up being at 1 pm! And to compensate they gave me an extra table. (A BROKEN EXTRA TABLE!) Do NOT recommend! Extremely disappointing experience and I was really looking forward to it.

Great setvice I did all online just put the items in the cart and at the end the date. Then I received a confirmatiin call and the day of the party they came early and set up everything!
