Really good experience. Really great doctors and nurses. Food ranged from great to ok. Shameka and Stephanie were amazing therapists. Group therapy was very enlightening. Staff was really great, with shout outs to Phil, Chelsea, and Gacy.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is great and very nice. Also the food is to die for. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are so nice and makes you feel like you’re staying in a five-star resort. All the staff goes out their way to make sure that you are hundred percent satisfied.

There is always some confusion it seems with a few people. Many times multiple people had issues with medication. The food is very carb heavy and many different rules are applied or not applied. What you are allowed to bring and have and need are very confusing. It seems I was always missing something.

Some of the staff are absolutely AMAZING and truly care for you. They treat you like human beings. Others need sensitivity training.

I must say this is a wonderful facility. All staff has really help me. Bht's, Gaccia, phil, shawn, Bridgette, Pauline. Doctor sean. Cassidy, annette, alicia, Pierre. And Kitchen staff.

All the techs, nursing Staff, therapists have all been extremely helpful and kind with all the situations and problems ive had during my stay
Would recommend to friends, just be prepared for a few little rule inconsistencies here and there but honestly not a deal breaker at all.

Orc was amazing it definitely saved my life I struggled with alcohol for years my counselor Daryl was awesome and all the therapist we're great a lot of good classes I would recommend or see to anybody struggling thank you Brad Nelson

Came to ORC terrified and the staff and other patients were amazing. They saved my life the therapist and groups helped me so much and made me feel so much better! I can't thank them enough for helping me get sober.

A loved one of mine was at this program for a little over 30 days and when they got home it was like the were finally themselves again. They struggled for years before we decided this would be the best place for them and I am so grateful for ORC. They even provided family sessions so we could set boundaries and continue to repair our lives together. Thank you for all the hard work that you guys do!

Communication & updates were provided regularly about my son. The staff & clinical team were extremely helpful to him. My questions were answered in a very helpful manner which taught me as well. Without the help of ORC, I would not be where I am today. ORC helped target the issues I have/had and individually helped me work on myself. The staff at ORC helped mold me into the person I am, helped find my sense of self, and took the steps into finding e an aftercare program that worked for me. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anybody struggling with the disease of addiction.

Place is a joke. Do not listen to anything the call center promises you! They lie and lie! Do not go this place!

Eric is totally arrogant and puts ppl on the spot way too much. He made a gay man come out in a session which is so inappropriate. He made ppl come out that had a eating disorder it was so uncalled for. He pointed me out for looking at my phone in session but a girl was literally sleeping and didn't say anything to her. He told me why do I even come so i left and went back to drinking. Get a more sympathetic therapist that is all I'm saying.

This place was the most ridiculous place I would have had better detox if I was locked up in prison

I was at ORC for 21 days. Im an opioid addict/ nurse and they saved my life. The staff is caring, the food is good, therapist are awesome and they have great amenities. You are treated like a person and everyone knows your name. Most of staff has dealt with addiction, so they know how you feel. There are great groups and they teach you yoga, art and coping skills. This place saved my life. 30 days clean and i hope to return to give back. Highly reccomended!

Well my husband said he couldn't get a towel. My husband was discharged for medical reasons.
He just left last week. They took his original drivers license and insurance card because he left in the evening we could not get back was told it would be overnited. Well its been 5 days and hoping it shows up. Dumby me should have made them photo copy. Staff was friendly and so was nursing. Kinda seemed like a social event which im not sure if good or bad. Update they did mail them but to sisters address so im happy and glad that the medical staff realized that something was wrong with him.

Spent 6 weeks at ORC as an intensive outpatient and was thoroughly amazed at the care I received. The staff was kind, courteous and treated me as an individual and not just a name or number on a file. Thanks so much to Leticia, Annette, TJ, Dr. Huckaby and many others for making me feel like I was some body.

This place is truly amazing. They helped teach me self discipline, held me accountable for my actions, and even believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. If you're serious about being sober GO HERE. Today I'm 53 days sober and I'd be omitting the specifics to say this would have happened without the help of ORC and their love & genuine care!
