I can never include enough positive comments in one review. Customer/Member support was exceptional. Jaycee and the other members of the Supra Key support team were particularly kind and helpful in accommodating at last minute Supra Key request. They are life savers!

It is with great pleasure that I write the following message, as I want to commend Anny Jimenez for a job well done. It seems the times I have called in due to an issue with something, she has been one of the most helpful tech support agents to get me through whatever the situation. She has even followed up with an email.
Also, I wish to say that the classes at ORRA have been great.staff and teachers. I am very proud to be a member there. Thank you!

Always fast and friendly service and knowledgeable. They have a store on site with lots of real estate signs and accessories. I've also taken some great educational classes here as well.

The realtor Brandon Mitchell from here seriously lacks communication etiquettes. When realtors get arrogant because they hold a good property in hand to sell does not warrant them to be as such. DO NOT recommend him.

I just wan to rave about how amazing Maydelin Munoz was in our recent sale & purchase of our home! She DEFINITELY went above & beyond to make this a smooth transition for us. She is so awesome that she sold us our 1st house & we came back without considering anyone else. She even put in some elbow grease helping us clean to get it ready to list & for the final walk thru. Without her assistance in staging my house, I would never have sold it at my asking price.

Bottom line: I would highly recommend her to anyone & this doesn't even do her justice. You won't be disappointed. She even has a good reputation amongst other realtors as being trustworthy & fair.

I was there for all most an hour dealing with a situation from another association. Jaycee Ewen never lost her composure. She was able to help me and other realtors while she worked on my problem. Thank you Jaycee for your kindness.

I’m so appreciate her helping who works in the front desk. Not only did she help me solve the problem of my real estate, but she also helped me when my car got stuck in front the ORRA build in this morning. Ladies work in front desk they are excellent stuffs in the ORRA.

Email and faxed at least 8 times each a form with a request following instructions on the association's website but no one has responded to either of my methods of communication. Extremely poor customer service as there is no response.

I needed my Supra access turned on after a fluke occurrence that shut all of my systems down when I moved from NY to Florida. Jaycee and all of the staff bent over backwards to get everything up and running ASAP so that I could help my clients see property this weekend. They are great! Thank you!
