As soon as you step in, you'll notice how interesting this place looks, I actually went to take my 3 year old, but I enjoyed too. There are a lot of areas for the kids to play. I noticed my child pay attention to some curiosities that this place has and that is exactly the purpose, to pique kids curiosity. The parking was really easy too. I'll definitely coming back and I highly recommend.

We love coming here every couple years to see what's new! It's always a good time. Lots of interactive exhibits spanning across 4 floors. It's very well maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great for kids of all ages.

This is such a fun place for kids! My son is 4 and absolutely loved it! We bought annual passes so we can come back again. There are 4 levels with various science themed fun projects to do. The bottom level has alligators, snakes and turtles. There’s also a lunch cafe and a coffee shop. So much to do!

Horrible customer service. The staff here is the worst. This place has gone way down hill. Needs better management. Mutch better places in town for customer service to spend your money at. Avoid this mismanaged place.

The workers lack humanity which was unfortunate because the exhibits were great but we left early because of the workers.

The science center is Going downhill. I'm not sure if they have new management but I would say 25% of the exhibits are not working or gone. And about 25% of what is left is in disrepair.

Also they are doing some timed entry now. For standard and member admission. This should not be for members. We support the science center by prepaying a larger sum for a guaranteed dollar per person per year.

If we come as a member and are not allowed in due to some timed entry we will not be renewing our membership

This is about their customer service, not the Science Center itself because I enjoy the exhibits and have no issues wearing a mask and wanted to find out about their reservations guidelines and follow their safety rules. Customer service via phone or messaging stinks. I love the Orlando Science Center and wanted information about reservations and how it worked while speaking to a human being. The person who answered the phone told me that I could not reserve ahead of time and that I would have to wait the day of. I was able to visit the website today and found out that you CAN reserve from days ahead - so their customer service did not know this information. I also messaged directly via Instagram. They read my message (I can see that they read my message but no one ever bothered to answer). Also if you purchase tickets online, they will tack on a 5.00 parking fee and I have no intentions of driving - I am taking the Sunrail. They snuck the parking fee in there and there was no way for me to remove it before reserving my time. So yeah, ONE STAR for customer service. FIVE stars for a great place to visit. Just don't expect any help from the people working there if you call or message them.

We arrived at 10 am and got in really quickly. Parking was easy. We ate at 4roots and it was so yummy! All of the workers in 4roots were very nice and helpful. We were in one of the exhibits and the tornado machine wasn’t working and an employee happened to be walking by and asked if she could fix it for us. She worked on it for several minutes with my 7 year olds “help”. She made him feel really special for helping fix it. We had an overall positive experience but with that being said- a lot of the activities are still not open which is a little upsetting. There were SO MANY school aged children running around everywhere. I believe there was a camp going on. That part was a little frustrating because my son could hardly play with any of the setups due to sooo many kids trying to play. Also we were surprised by how small the museum is overall. We are from TN and all of the ones we’ve visited there are so much bigger and more stuff to see! It only took us about 2 hours to see everything. I would say it is worth the visit overall.

Awesome, cool, place, great for the whole family. Will inspire people towards the science and technology that affect us throughout our daily lives and opens the minds of children and younger people.

This place is for children under 10 only. Over that and their brain will melt from boredom. Even though their website recommends this for kids up to age 20.

Amazing place, my son loved it, great ideas and games to trigger thinking and development
The only small down side is that there was many school or camp groups, i think personal visits should be seperated from grop visits

This is a hidden gem in Orlando! We live in Florida, so were looking for something other than the typical tourist stuff. We were not disappointed! I highly recommend to add this to your list of places to visit in Orlando. We practically had to be kicked out at closing time. My kids are 6 and 10 and LOVED it.

I have never had so much fun with my son and wife.
Awesome place.
Tip: save on parking, go behind the center for free parking.
Educators enter for free! Another bonus.
We really enjoyed the entertaining brain games they had on display.
