This local and family owned watch shop is an incredible find for Orlando.
I took a vintage Movado here to get serviced and cleaned. While it was expensive and did take about three months, the customer service was great, the staff was very knowledgeable, and the final product was amazing. The watch looks like it's straight from 1958.
I will definitely come here for all my watch needs in the future!

Outstanding customer service! Myself and my friend who are both 20/21 years old have been in twice now in about a year. Each of us are very interested in the watch industry and the innovations taking place. Most watch shops would dismiss us as not likely to make a purchase, however each time in Orlando Watch Company, we have been treated with nothing but respect and enthusiasm for the watches themselves rather than just trying to make a sale. When I am in a position to make a purchase for my next piece, I will 100% be coming here. I also recommend this location to anyone who is in the market for things from a Seiko to an AP. Awesome staff, awesome selection, seems like super cool events. Could not recommend more!

Came in to spend some money on a watch. I walked around the store twice, then stood by the center display for about 10 minutes. Not once did an employee ask me if I could be helped, so I tried staring at the Seiko display for a few minutes, still nobody asked if they could help me with anything, so I left. I’ll take my money to another watch shop. If you come here, don’t expect attentive employees unless you are dressed in designer clothes that cost some serious money, it was only the people who looked like they had money who were getting helped. Come in with jeans and a tshirt expect to be ignored.

Even though I am not local to the area, I now have a favorite watch shop in Orlando and this is it. I really appreciate the knowledgable staff and ease to work with them. Just what a watch nerd like me needs. What brought me in was a new model that I hadn’t seen in person before and it left with me, not in small part due to the friendly nature of the staff. It is so pleasant to visit a shop that really knows watches rather than a jewelry store where watches are often secondary. And they are AD’s for a number of my favorite brands. Thanks. Hope to visit again in the future.

The Team at Orlando Watch Company is always so helpful when I visit the store. I don’t live near Winter Park but I will always make the drive because of the great service I have received throughout the years. As a small business owner, it is great to find a place that treats customers like family and make you want to come back. I have actually never bought a watch here but they are always so great about all my battery and sizing needs. It’s also a great place to chat watches for any watch fan!

OWC is one of those places that is a blessing to have even remotely close by. Stopped in over the weekend with a friend of mine to introduce him to the hobby and buy his first watch. Igor helped us and showed the utmost respect and enthusiasm and aided in our experience tremendously. He gave us his undivided attention for an hour or more, even engaging in personal conversation unrelated to watches. Even though we were not shopping for high end luxury pieces that day, he treated us kindly and patiently without even a hint of a rush. Igor made my friend’s introduction into watches a warm exciting experience he’ll never forget. Scott, the owner, is always a treat, offering his humorous commentary and impeccable knowledge bombs during our visit. He even threw in a polishing cloth for me so I can shine up my wife’s bronze Oris Divers 65 purchased from OWC a few months earlier. This is my favorite watch shop and one that will continue to get my repeat business. Highly recommended!

What a great experience from start to finish.

Just recently having gotten into the idea of watches, I was a little nervous about making my first “bigger” watch purchase in person. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted. Walked in and was greeted by Fred, who was helpful, friendly, not pushy, and very informative. Absolutely love the Seiko I ended up buying and hope to do plenty more business with them down the line!

Best place to purchase watch or have service. They fixed my wife vintage Rolex, fixed my watch, after I damaged it. Nice people.highly recommended.

This place is great! Friendly and informative staff. Unknowingly at first, I spoke with Scott the owner about the watch I wanted. Since I had spoken to Fred about the watch via phone a few days prior, he immediately introduced me to him. The purchase and watch talk went from there. Buy with with confidence and get to be surrounded by beautiful timepieces!

Great first the buying experience. They know and love watches. Update from 4 years ago. I've now bought two watches from them and ordered straps and bracelets from them. They are always professional and helpful.
