The pool isn’t even open and they’re still charging full price for the rooms.

Ran into someone that was apparently the director of human resources and she was rude and snobby and made it obvious that she was annoyed that I was upset about the pool being closed.

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. The hotel does an amazing job in the customer service department. Every employee we met or received service from was outstanding; attentive, friendly and helpful. The food and wait staff at Siro restaurant was excellent. The waiters at High Velocity were amazing. There were tons of activities. The room was clean and property is very nice.

The business setup was nice and food was excellent. Rooms were out of date and could use some modern accents.

Great place, Big hotel, Big meeting places. The Cypress Ballroom where we had our convention easily hosted 2900 people! Excellent amenities. Very good pool and good quality food! The array of ballrooms and small meeting rooms is never-ending! Excellent experience!

Was there for Holiday Matsuri, staff rude, unhelpful, or just flat out ignored polite questions on where to park or where entrances were.

Fantastic hotel. Great food in the restaurants; way better than average. Huge spaces for corporate events. Stay couldn't have been better.

Stayed here for some R & R prior to hitting the amusement parks the following day. I've been here before, good place for business or families with choice of restaurants, great pool, water slides, and pool side service. I'll stay again as I have in the past several times before.

Stayed here for a corporate event. The hotel is massive and has a number of amenities: pool, gym, Starbucks, food mart, restaurants, hertz and m much more. Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are kept quite clean and they even provide you with two small bottles of water. There's a safe, ironing board, refrigerator, TV and lots of plugs for your electronics (there's a cat5 port for internet but no cable so you'll have to bring your own for wired internet).

The hotel is nice, the property is clean but could use some updating. Our issue lays with the parking and valet service. The first day, it took 15 minutes to get our vehicle. The following morning, I gave the gentleman at the valet stand our ticket, he called it in, but our ticket number never appeared on the board for waiting guests. Another guest mentioned to us that right inside the lobby there is a scanner for the tickets, (the valets never told us this) so we walked over and scanned our ticket. The machine said that they already had us in the system waiting for our vehicle. We walked back outside, and waited longer. Our number still never appeared on the screen. My wife mentioned it to the same valet, and he said that he would expedite our vehicle. We waited another 15 minutes, I went back to the valet and mentioned to him that we're still waiting, and he mentioned that he would expedite it. In all, it's up well over 40 minutes to get our vehicle, and we missed our breakfast reservations. When we got in our vehicle, the money that we had set aside for tolls in the center console was stolen. The valet said that they didn't take it, but the manager ended up reimbursing us. The parking situation is enough for me to never want to come back here again. At checkout, the staff never asked how the stay was. I guess we are just used to better service at other resorts and hotels.

Loved the place from the time we got it off the car till the time we left. They the staff that is was on top of everything. They knee the answers and if they didn't they went and shores. Rooms are great need are so comfortable along with the pillows. I called to ask for extra pillows because we like lots of them and their questions were how many and would you like firm or feather. I would stay here every time come to Orlando. Six restaurants bars Starbucks and a shop. That's just on the bottom floor. Vallet for you car is amazing they are open 24 /7 over all it of higher than a five

I have been a Marriott’s client for few years. I stayed here in April 2018 to attend a conference.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction.
The hotel is beautiful. It deserves one star however the room service was poor and disorganized.

Throughout my stay the room was not cleaned until 4 pm.

I contacted the customer service and I was told that they have 2000 rooms to clean and I need to lower my expectation as they will eventually clean the room.

I had to personally walk to the cleaning services and ask for clean towels, soaps, shampoo etc.

It should be a difference between a hotel room with room services and an Airbnb.

On multiple occasions we called the help desk for stuff we needed in the room, they answered the call however never provided us with the requested service (e.g. There was no tea or coffee in the room).

I would like to hear a response from the Marriott customer services.
Thanks

I will start by staying I have been a huge Marriott fan. However, this review will not be a oh what a great stay, love it review. I am extremely dissatisfied with this property for several reasons. We arrived yesterday, Saturday at 11: 30 a.m. Our rooms (we had booked two) were not ready which was fine. We had our bathing suits on under coverups and headed for the pool. We went over to get towels I was told we had to show proof of our reservation, well I didn’t have anything with me as I left our luggage at the Bell Stand. Ugh! Now let’s go and try and find 4 chairs. Well NONE to be had! Really? We decided to just lay our coverups next to where we entered the pool. Wall to Wall people/kids jumping in every where. Ok still trying to make this a nice day! As we were wading in the one area of the pool we kept listening to different people saying they were locals ant come there with several family members for the day! One group that was there, Non paying patrons had 10 chairs saved! Again, I say really? No security checks? Just anyone off the street can walk right in? I’m I wrong in thinking this could be a huge security risk? This gets better. My son in law tried calling valet for 45 minutes to bring the car up, PTO no avail. We all came down to check out and he misplaced the tag they give you (the valet took it the night before when we came back from diner and didn’t give it back to him) so now they tell him they need to see my husbands license before they get the car. My husband was still up in the room so we waited another 10 minutes until he could show his license! So, they check licenses to get your car but they check no ones identification to enter the pool area? To me, there is definitely something wrong with this picture! Before the valet debacle when I was checking out I told them I would not pay the resort fee which he did take off the final bill. When we finally got in the car I was still pretty upset so I called and asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told there was no one available at that time and to leave my number. Well, it’s been 11 hours now and NO return call! So much more I could write here even about the pool bar but I think I’ll save that for the hotel manager if he/she decides they want to call me back! I can tell you I will never be back nor will I recommend them!
