Robbie the owner went above and beyond helping us with putting on a new weight distribution/sway bar on our truck for our camper. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We are hauling the camper today across the state of Florida with great stability. Would highly recommend this company.

We had trouble with our electrical connection to our flat tow. We made arrangement for the next day so we could continue our travels. Very Professional in understanding our problem and then analyzed what need to be done and we were out within 1 hour. Highly recommend Ormond Trailers & Hitch.

I bought a new truck and needed my weight-distribution hitch adjusted to keep my camper level while towing. They did the job quickly and the trailer sits perfect, better than the the camper dealer had done the first time. They even made a suggestion for this adjustment which saved me even more time and a lot of money. Thank you.

This shop is truly customer focused. In the area for Daytona Bike Week, had an issue with the lights on our trailer and they were quick to locate the issue and make the repair. This place is AWESOME! I highly recommend if you have trailer issues.

Apparently there is a different charge amount for just installing a hitch vs buying and installing a hitch at this place. I went there because they're local and a Curt Dealer and I was charged way too much for an hour of labor installing a hitch with wiring. The owner (Robbie I assume) was rude and needs a lesson in customer service as he said he wished I hadn't come in when I stated my concern about what he charged me for an hour of work. DON"T GO HERE is my advice. I wish I would have gone somewhere else where I didn't feel very overcharged. I agreed to the cost ahead of time, but was very displeased with the amount I was charged for the work that was done. He made up his money by me not purchasing the hitch through his store. NOT HAPPY

When I suggested he charged me way too much by the hour, his response was to kiddingly suggest I pay more - his way of customer service - very nice.

Yeah, great response from owner. He nailed it, I was just looking for an argument. What a bad business person. Please learn about customer service.
