I've seen Carolyn DeWalden, ARNP, for over a year now for Biote/HRT. She's absolutely fabulous - so knowledgeable, polite, caring and thorough.

It's not a very attractive waiting room, but don't let that distract you. They cate! They are very organized. I have never had to wait long and the staff always seems on top of things and helpful.

Been going here for about 7 years now I love it here great customer service and very efficient on not having a long wait time in and out literally

I started seeing Dr Carolyn DeWalden at this office because I wanted a female doctor. First couple visits were great but then it was one thing after the other from the staff acting like they didn't believe that I took my test just because the results weren't in when I can show them the bruise on my arm from having the blood drawn. I've been told a few times by Dr Carolyn de Walden that I just need to go to the ER instead of her actually being my doctor and treating me for perinatal depression and pain. Which is crazy because there's a sign on their bathroom door saying talk to your doctor if you have these symptoms and I do and she just ignores me. Then they scheduled me with Dr orrego which I did not have a good experience. They both are putting their personal beliefs before patient care. I asked for all further appointments to be only seeing the female doctor which I was comfortable with but they want to switch me again to the male doctor and tell me I HAVE to see him. And then they can't even tell me a reason why. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and the stress that they are putting on me is uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Office is not organized. They have messed up on my appointment scheduling more than 3 times, giving me a time and date then scheduling me for a different time and day. When I first went to them while newly pregnant, they told me I can be put on a payment plan all the way up until I gave birth. Well, after 25 weeks, they said i have to pay $3000 or they can no longer schedule appointments for me. Each time I spoke to them saying they never told me this in the beginning they kept giving me different prices that were due like $270, $2000, $3000. They have no idea what they are doing there. I also have on my account that I’m allergic to latex and have told them this 2 times before, well my doctor still used latex on me and I ended up getting an infection. I also had a third sonogram scheduled with them that had to be cancelled due to their sonogram person being on leave. I guess she’s the only one that can give me one. They tried scheduling me a sonogram with other offices but I would have to pay $250 at those other places when it would’ve been free with this office since I already gave them $3000. Once I told my doctor that I don’t want to pay $250 for a sonogram when Ive already given this office $3000, he said I must not care about my baby. Keep in mind, there was no problems with my pregnancy and he said everything seemed good. They clearly just want money and try to make you feel bad if you don’t do everything they say. I didn’t get that sonogram and my baby is here and healthier than ever. Birthing process was perfect with no issues. There’s also a new lady answering phones who does not listen to a word I say and keeps telling me she will call me back with what I need but doesn’t call me back. When I ask to speak to a manager she tells me no one is available. These are just a faction of their problems. There was a lot more smaller things of disorganization that happened too but too many to list.

Would not recommend any one, especially a women of color to visit this office. They don’t not care about women of color and honestly I don’t believe they care about any women overall. I believe providers like this is the reason women of color having be dying during pregnancy. Please seek services elsewhere if able. If not, keep god close.

I love love doctor orrego he delivered both of my sons one is 18 and other is 16 I will recommend him for everybody pregnant and non-pregnant. He is awesome.

Dr Orrego is the most kind and professional doctor I could dream of, I choose him for both of pregnancy and everything went perfect. Thank you Dr Orrego and his team.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in an establishment. Left us waiting for TWO HOURS before even coming to see us. Then when we complained about the time they just kept saying it would be a bit longer. When they finally called us into the room. They left us waiting for more time. The receptionist then called us and argued with us stating that we had already done the procedure, when i kept saying no she kept arguing. Overall 3 hours to be seen. All rude. Horrible customer service. They have no respect for a persons time.

I drive 40 minutes just to see Dr. Orrego.
The only one I fully trust with my health.

I wanted to wait to give a fair and informed review. I had suffered of endometriosis for basically my entire life and I had tried everything; pills, prescribed pills, anything in mind, I went to see the doctor in 2019 by recommendation to finally have a hysterectomy. He at the beginning talked to me about this “ new treatment” endometrial ablation that was going to benefit me without getting a hysterectomy. I refused, I just wanted be done with the pain and the excess of blood. Ultimately he told me to give it a shot and if it doesn’t work he would do a hysterectomy. I accepted and he performed the surgery. I saw him after that two o three months later, the pain reduced the first two months, but after that came the pain same or worst. I told him it didn’t work and I wanted the hysterectomy, he refused, he told me he doesn’t do hysterectomies and he referred me to another doctor. I was livid, I felt tricked into a procedure just to try it in someone because was new and because at the moment he performed that he had another doctor telling him what to do. I literally insulted him and left the office. I wasted money and worst than that time, cause couldn’t take time again for surgery. Now 2022 the condition worsened the pain it’s so excruciating that nothing works, I gave three years to the procedure but that doesn’t work. Maybe worked for others but if your cramps are to severe it won’t work and it is in the literature. That is what bothers me the most I am not a doctor, he is and he should have known better.
Only positive thing was the staff, helpful and nice.

Dr. Orrego is not just the best doctor you could find, he is an exceptional person and all the Staff are wonderful. No dude en visitarlo. Es el mejor!

I came to the office a year ago to see the GYN for a routine check up. I returned to make an appointment for a follow up to discuss my results. I was told to go and look it up in the computer, ignoring that I needed a physical appointment to see the GYN. I returned one year later for my yearly visit and was told that Medicare only allows visits for mammogram and Pap smears every two years. I know that they were lying because I have been having mammogram yearly seeing that I am high risk. I will never go back there

First appointment and I am impress. Friendly staff. Place is super clean. Doctor had great bedside manner.

I have been with Dr. Orrego for a long time and I always return to him for all my consultations because I consider that he is a great professional and with a lot of experience, he always takes the necessary time with each patient and sends you the exams you need for each situation, I believe that The most important thing is that you are attended by a great health professional, we cannot take risks.

Everyone is friendly. Dr. Orrego takes his time to listen and explain. Carolyn does the same whenever I see her. They are Simply the best!
