I don’t recommend this facility due to their lake of update on changing appointments within their deferent locations.
My mom’s has first appointment and I called them prior to verify that the location Jax X-Ray machine on Friday and they said yes they do. But by the Sunday evening they changed the entire location of my mom’s appointment to another location.
This is very bad service by OrthoOne even they make money of my mom’s insurance. Please do not use OrthoOne. Thank you.

Completed surgery here and everything afterwards has been unacceptable! Doctor misses telemedicine appointments repeatedly without a logical explanation. Two of his assistants have left his office for other opportunities. This office is horribly ran and needs a check up.

THE WORST PLACE EVER WITH STAFF I WAITED A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET APPOINTMENT AND THEN WENT TO SIT FOR FIVE HOURS TO SED NO ONE YES THATS RIGHT LIE AFTER LIE WITH THEM THEN WAITED A MONTH FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT GUESS WHAT THEY CALLED AND CANCELED IT SAYING THE DR IS OUT OF TOWN REALLY SO I HAD A FRIEND CALL AND SHE GOT IN THAT SAME DAY WITH SAME DR FATY SO THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO SEE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN YOU SOULD OF SAID IT THIS IS PURE WRONGFUL DOONG

They are the worst at calling back.i get told by someone in the office that they will have a medical assistant call me back and no one ever calls back it's ridiculous or one person tells you one thing and another says something completely different.

NEVER, EVER book your appointment here. They always over book, and then sometimes do not even bother to tell you the canceled your appointment. They changed mine twice, and then couldn't get me back in time for my medicaid ride to pick me up and return me home. The staff has NO ACCOUNTABILITY when it comes to their mistakes.

NEVER BOOK WITH DR. BAHRI!

Just HORRIBLE! Saw Joe, PA, on 6/29. He said for me to return in 1 week & have MRI done. Left elbow fx. Called & called. No fu or MRI. They absolutely will not call you back! Worst office ever!

My husband has scheduled two appointments. For BOTH appointments, the office canceled without notice or rescheduled without notice. This office is extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Omg total knee replacement. He made absolutely sure i was comfortable. Dr. Bahri came out after surgery and shared
important information with them. He was Great!

I have never waited less than an hour to see the doctor. One time they forgot I was in the waiting room. I broke a wrist and have been here many times for treatment. They are always behind in the schedule even with early morning appointments. Today my appt was 10am. It’s 11: 20 and still havent been seen. Had to reschedule work meetings. I won’t come back if I need ortho in the future.

My wife roller skated and broke her wrist on December 6 she called Blue Cross Blue Shield and they said to go to ortho one in Saint Augustine come to find out they don’t even have an x-ray machine which I don’t know how you practice orthopedics without an x-ray machine so we went to the one in Jacksonville and today we went to get the splint offAnd they took x-rays and said everything looks good except you can still see the fracture so keep A brace on it and the doctor said that she would send the girl in to fit her for a brace. 20 minutes later the girl comes in and says we had a big run on wrist fractures and we don’t have any braces. Are you kidding me I felt like I was in Jamaica in an orthopedic facility has they don’t have an x-ray machine in Saint AugustineAnd now they don’t even have a brace so my wife left with nothing on her rest but a note in her hand saying that that’s what she needed and to go to a medical supply store. This is the worst run orthopedic place I’ve ever seen as we’ve been in many with three children

Husband had an appointment with Dr. Zhang. He was super attentive. We did not feel rushed. He listened, explained, made recommendations, then answered all our many questions. The appointment was comfortable and relaxed. The staff was excellent. We left knowing that he was in good hands with Dr. Zhang and the Orthone staff. Thank you

Dr. Bahri, is awesome. He is very professional and has a great sense of humor. I can tell that he is passionate about helping people get well. I would recommend him to anyone.
