Medical malpractice waiting to happen. I get that bad days are inevitable but this was just one thing after another. Staff was nice (to patients, not one another) but that’s about it. Setting aside the long wait time (when I was told to get there 15 mins early) and the fact that almost everyone there is profusely coughing, the entire practice is unorganized and has outdated equipment. The final straw was when the doctor grabbed the wrong chart and couldn’t find mine.

Absolutely not. The office is horrifically outdated, busted, and dirty & as you can see, not even mopped (was there shortly after opening so, no excuse). If you wanted cheap braces, I could see it - but you may not even need them. Doc saw me for 3 SEC and said I need 24mos of braces when I had only come in for 2 slightly misaligned teeth (invisalign could fix). “Your bite is off” OK maybe, but he’s the one who put me in braces as a teen for 3y, so it’s his literal handy work that he’s critiquing. RUN! Anyone who says otherwise has probably been paid.

Doctor Bahri is awesome and very professional. Dawsom, the office manager is very nice and works really hard! Their in house financing is very affordable and an easy process. I would definitely recommend!

Front desk people are friendly enough, but expect to wait a lot for every appointment.

We had nothing but good experiences and fun times with the caring staff at OSOF, when my oldest daughter got her braces here. She's since had them off and we all couldn't be happier with her smile. Almost 2 years later and it's time for my younger daughter to get them. It seems like the office staff has only gotten better. We're looking forward to the follow up visits for the next 24 months, and all the smiles there after. If I ever needed braces myself. I know where I'd go. Thanks guys!

This office has made my treatment SO easy, and comforting. They always work with my schedule, and do what they can to accommodate! Having more than one location really makes a difference, also. Cierstin is tooo sweet & so so gentle. She is so knowledgeable, and breaks things down to a level we are able to understand haha. Her fun personality makes the appointment fly by.
