Had a problem with my hand, made an appointment one day to the next, was seeing on time and my problem solve! Excellent staff and service!

Following an urgent care visit I was advised to see an orthopedist within 72 hours to check if I needed surgery for my broken ankle. After I was charged for a consultation, I was told to come back to see the surgeon 5 DAYS LATER. No one dared to tell me that he was not on the premises. (only nurses) What a joke! They did not do anything except for charging me and let me leave with an unattended fracture. Totally unprofessional, unethical and misleading.

I had a problem with my hand and decided to go to an orthopedic urgent care since it was an orthopedic problem. They took x-rays and then I was told they couldn't do anything for me and I should go see an orthopedic. Isn't that what an ORTHOPEDIC urgent care is all about? So I left and now, 4 months later, I receive a bill from them because apparently I had a deductible that they just now found out about (even though they confirmed several times while I was there that it is only going to be the $50 co-pay). They charged my insurance $600 without providing any service but taking x-rays and then have the nerve to send a bill 4 months later for a deductible. Don't go here!

I waited 4 hours today to be seen. Literally. By a PA. They did apologize which is nice but still. I called to make sure I didn’t need an appointment and they said to just walk in. I walked in at 10: 30am and didn’t see a PA until 2: 20pm. All to be offered a brace and referred to an orthopedic surgeon.

Received excellent medical care from the Dr as well as the XRay/Ortho Technician. Super people. Thank you Osvaldo for my pink cast!

This place is a nice Scenery but the front desk staff is horrible they don’t know how to communicate! I was at a visit with my mom and my nephew was aside me a lady at front desk told me to leave only for Patients when I pointed out there was other family sitting with Patients they didn’t want to hear that don’t know how to muilt task and be Prepared to wait very slowful! I don’t care were a office or place of business is if you don’t have CUSTOMER SERVICE and hospitality It don’t matter!

Extremely friendly and professional doctors and staff! We were seen right on schedule and the place is extremely well equipped! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for efficient and professional care.

At this place now and it sucks. The lady in the front was nice but the lab rat was no mean.she took my BP and screened at me cause I move a inch.slammed the door.waiting for an hours do not recommend this place.stay away

Wow, I just called there to see if they were an in network provider of blue cross and got yes across the board.i then called blue cross after speaking to a coworker that went to OrthoNOw in which they stated they were in network provider then co worker rcvd a huge bill that he had to dispute. Their is no reason what so ever for this clinic to misinform people who pay dearly for insurance as is! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ALSO ONLY GAVE IT THE ONE STAR IN ORDER FOR THIS TO POST!

My son got a fracture on his foot playing football and we went immediately to Ortho Now at NMB, this office is amazing! Great service very profesional Doctors and fast solution for my Son! I strongly recommend it for any Ortho situation.

The place and service was great and very efficient and attentive. The staff, especial Joelle was amazing. She was very kind and took her time and went out of her way to check and verify medical records and issues to provide the necessary care, diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend.
