This appointment got me the help that I needed more quickly than I expected. The staff was very caring and professional.

The Wesley Chapel office was expedient, caring and very thorough. They respond to messages in a timely manner.

The staff from greeting at front window to the X ray lady to Dr S treated me very good I was recommended to a different doctor in his group that was better able to accommodate the reverse shoulder replacement that I need

Staff was friendly Dr Sando listened and didn’t rush the visit. Concerned with the registration/online portal process. No one sits with you and goes over your medications, allergies, medical histories, etc. I ask to ask 3 different times if an employee was going to verify my information. After the 3rd inquiry someone did review. Thank goodness I was persistent about the matter. My allergies weren’t listed, nor my previous procedures or hospitalizations. And all of my meds weren’t listed, nor was my preferred pharmacy. I’ll go back, but I won’t trust the app. An employee needs to sit with the patient to confirm/deny the accuracy of the medical record at the beginning of each visit

Seeing the nurse practitioner was no help. When I asked a question his answer was, I don't know, I was not there

All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with papers I needed filled out for work. The best part is there was almost no wait time both times I went. There's nothing worse than being stuck sitting for 30 minutes, when your back already hurts. I wish all my doctors were this efficient!

The staff was very polite and professional. The wait time was relatively short and the doctor informative and to the point. He also answered all my questions satisfactory. Yes I would recommend and will return if the need requires. Most importantly, what he prescribed has worked perfectly. My thanks to the whole team.

Very disappointed, I made an appointment to see Dr. Mark J Sando and He’s assistance as she identified herself took care of me, never saw him or spoke to him.

OMG of Tampa is the best you can get. No matter what you need they have a Dr for you. I can't say enough good things about them

For the first time patient visit you see the nurse practitioner instead of the doctor real good

You could not find a better group of Orthopedic doctors, surgeons anywhere. I trust this group so much. You are definitely in great hands here…
