Osceola Bend Apartments, Kissimmee FL

The quality of life has change a lot in the past months. The hallways are dirty all the time, people smoking out of assigned areas, suspicious behaviors, loud music at the gazebo during weekdays. It is sad it is my 3rd year living here but unfortunately the administration simply do not care, they only work on Wednesday and last Wednesday they were closed because it was the Christmas party, OMG? I just hope someone takes action, it is very profitable to increase the rent every year and do not attend the tenants needs. 12/16/2019

Unfortunately, the administration has no time to resolve the concerns we have with the community. I had spoken several times with Sol and Ilusion (managers) and they show no interest to help, it’s always the same thing; just words. The apartments are nice, well equipped but the living environment has been getting deteriorated a lot in the past year.

This apartment complex lacks severely in options for parking. Forbid you want to have a celebration of any sort. Your guests must Uber or carpool and pray there is a guest spot to park in. Guest spaces are incredibly limited. There should really be an expansion in parking or a deal struck with the mall so guests could park across the street in the mall parking lot. It is also absurd that there is no option to be warned or notified prior to the car being towed especially for residents. They must have an amazing partnership $$ with the towing company.

I have read all the bad reviews of this place. I have been living during 4 years and I love my apartment, great location, modern, well equiped, very comforable apartment and reasonable place. First I have not seen any roaches because I clean my apartment, second my car have never be towed because I follows rules. If I will mention any dislikes is not enough guest parking. Anyway I recommend this place to live.

Beautiful area poorly managed. Only place where you go to office either for new lease or to just ask and need appointment.half of the time they just have a phone # to call them and is an answering machine. My Dad lives there at first property was well taken care of now is a Mess. Specially restrooms by Pool disgusting! Such a nice area should be well kept. This is not putting them down I hope they can fix issues as place is a gem due to location!
