Deserves 0 stars.worst office ever.they’re unprofessional.it took me 3 weeks to get them to answer my phone call.it shouldn’t be that hard just to simply make an appointment and the actual physician that checked us is rude and unprofessional as well.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My appointment was 10: 30 am but wasn’t seen by the doctor until 12: 15. Told me I couldn’t use the physical form provided by my school because I “did not pay for it”. Later then agreed to use the form but couldn’t read it. Wouldn’t let me email a pdf version to them to have it printed at their front desk. Made me leave, print form elsewhere, and come back. Had me do an EKG several times. I was here for over 5 hours. They specialize in wasting time.

Never can get through when calling to schedule appointments. When I finally did the lady rudely hung up after telling her my name on (03/02/2022) afternoon. Tried calling back and no one answered. I had one appointment at this place and it did not go well. Doctor took her precious time, even with the office being empty. Billed my insurance for something I did not agree nor see her for. Will be changing pcp as soon as possible.

Never answer there phone even my pharmacy are complaining they can’t get through so they can get my medicine I need II have asthma

Is my first time calling and been on hold for more than 1 hour. This place should not be funded by the Department of Health (you should know better). They should put their money somewhere else, where it’s worth it. This is ridiculous. People that needs services from a primary care should not wait so long for someone to answer the phone to give them an appointment. Please do not walk, RUN from this place. Your life will depend on it. Don’t waste your time, please look somewhere else where at least will keep you alive.

Waste of your time, takes forever even if you make an appointment.very unorganized and always messy.you can find a better doctors office.

Horrible. El turno médico de mis hijos era a las 4.30 y estoy y sigo esperando ahora mismo que lo vea l doctor son las 7 de la noche. O sea literalmente dice la página que están cerrado y sigo aquí horroroso esta experiencia. Horrible. My children's medical shift was at 4.30 and I am and am still waiting right now for the doctor to see him, it is 7 at night. In other words, the page literally says that they are closed and I am still here horrible this experience.

Worse experience ever. Phone system makes it absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone, the doctor, operator or assistants. The call system is automated and you are automatically put on hold every single time you call and then eventually you are hung up on. Whether you have a question for a doctor or need a prescription or want schedule an appt. There is no help in site. Why do you make it so hard for people who really need your services? As if you are trying to discourage anyone from using the community health services center. It's a real shame b/c there are actually people who need your services and you make it virtually impossible for them. With all your negative reviews on the phone system you would think there would be some changes in site to improve your calling system. "Community Heath Services you def are Not! Access for your patients is virtually impossible unless physically at the office. Making it impossible for patients to receive the affordable, crucial and efficient care they Deserve and Need. Shame on you! I would give you less than one star if I could.

Well they attented my daughter first Appt.great but I have e been trying for 3 weeks to make a cleaning Appt. N they never answer the dam phone. On hold for ever that works but nothing else. I try to make one when I left office n they said u have to call so where do we stand now. I'm very upset! One star cause they didn't have 0 so I could pick terrible.

Waited 2 hours to be seen for absolutely NOTHING at this facility. What a waste of my time!

This doctor was fantastic. Really, she was sweet, but still firm. And the nurse staff was always kind. And I saved the receptionist's life once, but she was all smiles even before that. Very understanding lady. Kudos to her.

Now with that said, this place has a phone issue. I don't know what it is or why, but that phone never gets answered, and I have been trying for two months to get my prescription transferred, I've been without them this entire time. They are also rarely open, I believe like two days a week (Tues and Thurs?). I'll be seeing another doctor to get my medicine, but I'll have to get re-established in a new office during Covid-19 craziness, obviously I can't count on this office to answer a phone, which means I'll probably not be getting my medical records from them either. Sooo, thanks so much for that OCHC. In this matter, I'm thoroughly disappointed.

Attempted to call several times. Went through all the prompts and the phone will ring 2 or 3 times and then they hang up.
