If I could give negative stars I would. This place is total trash. I’m never taking my child back here ever again. Save your TIME and ENERGY, go elsewhere.

I wish I could give them no stars cause one start is way more then what theydl deserve! I have been trying to make a appointment for my kids and husband for beyond 2 months now! At first it was they weren't taking new patients then it's they don't have appointments available thier booked for the next 2 months and to call back everyday to see if they have appointments. So I called my insurance company and notified them! Per my dental insurance they are not allowed to denie new patients! Also my insurance is investigating them right now because of all the false information they give! Do your self a favor and don't even try with these unhuman individuals! They don't talk to you respectfully and don't even try to help when having a dental emergency! Shame on you osceola health department! You are all unprofessional and unhuman! This community matters! We need our proper care!

They are the worst, you call then they tell you to keep on calling until new appointments open. I have been calling for a month every week and all the keep on saying is to call back next week now for appointments for December.
No regards for people’s time. A joke.

Doctor Amer Hajeer is not a good doctor. He will want you to believe others doctor are prescribing you medicine you don't need he will delete everything from your record. Even if you need that medication. He told me and my daughter that everything she has in the record is BS. Yes just like that. This Doctor is very unprofessional. Also he commented stuff to my daughter like oh why you look different what change just because she wear makeup. Also he said epilepsy or seizures are nothing serious they are normal. Then he told my daughter that she gained weight because she eating alot. Like what doctor say this stuff this is Not even funny. They need to recheck this Supposedly Doctor this is the first time this had happened to me in this office. Also appointment was at 2: 30 and he saw my daughter at 4: 00. This is getting bad. I will change doctor and take legal action if i have too.

So to note, this review does not have to do with their services - so why write? Because I couldn't get someone on the phone to discuss becoming a new patient. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a doctor nearby. I was on hold for a long time, so i pressed the button requesting a callback. I left my number. They called back and sent themselves immediately to my voice mail and left a message. OOOOOOOKKKKK so i called them back, went back into that forever long wait.decided again, maybe it was a fluke, left my number for a callback. For a SECOND time, they sent themselves to my voicemail and left a voice message. Mind you, all day, no one was having issues calling my phone, and my airpods were in and connected to my phone so i would receive any and all calls. Very poor way to do business. Will just move on to another office.

Every time I try to call, to make an appointment for my child, I pressed one for English. After that I get a little bit of English and then something in Spanish and then somebody in English asking me if I'm still there. I have no idea what it's saying I hit English for a reason. It continues to speak in Spanish no matter what number I hit. Nobody picks up their phones.

Two appointments are cancelled, one in November and the other in December. They put me on the waiting list, then they want me to accept any appointment they give me even if I cannot attend due to a day or time. So if I canceled it's my fault. I haven't seen the doctor since my 10 week and at the moment I am 19 weeks.
