Michael Allen appears to lack the skills and basic knowledge required to perform the duties of a public servant.chief of staff. Not allowing a person to exercise their constitutional rights and calling police is negligence.

Having a person called Lester on the district who identifies as police and says he has arresting powers until the real police turn up and say he's a lair

To be told as a parent that I can't show my kids the procedures of doing math that I was taught through the same public school system doesn't make any sense. No one on the school board can explain why they would go with a system that outlaws the parents. Yet they say they want the parents to be involved with there kids learning. The school board pushes these test that dictate whether a child moves to the next grade in elementary school even if they have passing grades. The test decides if the kids pass or get held back and the school board acts as if they care about our kids learning. They have a one size fits all learning program and if your child doesn't grasp the information quick enuff the teachers don't say anything until they have these parent teacher conferences each quarter. You can't question the teacher since most of them can't handle being questioned. Then the teacher has to go to there quiet place. No one questions why this is. I would figure they would hope the people that grew up here to move somewhere else so they can run thing this way without anyone saying this is not right. They did away with gifted class and put it in with the regular kids. Special Ed class is gone and is part of the regular class. One teacher is supposed to handle all this while the school board sits on there thrown looking down at us. The kids suffer. Smaller classes with more one on one time would fix a lot of this but that would make sense and the school board is not for that. The school board motto is Do as I say not as I do.
