4Very disappointed.my mom always has to wait more than an hour to get treated
People don't know what they're talking about, writing mean comments in the heat of the moment. Staff is very helpful and friendly (sometimes too much), Stephanie is sweet and kind, but will also be firm and honest with those patients that attempt to abuse their medication, and no matter how disrespectful and angry they might be, Stephanie is always professional.
2 stars means the office management is horrible and rude! The dr. Is wonderful. In the year and a half of taking my elderly mother there, we have had about 5 issues with extremely rude staff. Stephanie is the worse! No care for anyone. She will not listen to the patient, she talks over her and hangs up on you. My mother is 86 and is right now having bad anxiety due to this horrible person named Stephanie. Its sad cause the dr herself is wonderful! If you can tollerate the staff.
The staff are the rudest and must unhelpful people that I have ever had to deal with, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could I would give them NO STAR.
