We were there at 3: 30 pm on 9/14/23 the place was deserted! Hmm, it's hot but but cars still need washing. According to maps they close at 5pm. No way to run a business! We'll give it one more try!

The new owners are great - polite, friendly, and their work is outstanding. Prices are extremely reasonable. I hope they stay and do very, very well.

They did a decent job but you need to update your website and take down the coupons that you say don't apply since now new ownership. Deceptive advertising.

My windows were left very streaked, the vacuuming wasn't great. I won't go back there.

I was told the new owner would not honor the silver 10 car wash ticket with 2 washes left on it. The name is still Osprey Car wash so I feel they should have honored my prepaid wash. Instead I had to pay
$22.95 so I will not be back.

Not the best, but good for the money! $15 for exterior wash. It's a "sit-and-wait" style place; they drive your car through the machine and then finish it by hand. The wash was nearly as good as some of the places that charge nearly $30.

I purchased multiple car wash ticket from this car wash in
January 2023 and when I presented it for the first time after I purchased it for a wash in February 2023, I was told it would not be honored due to a change in ownership and the new owner.in person.was the one that refused to honor the card. IF THAT IS CORRECT.the new owner should accept the liability.

BUYER BEWARE. Stay away from this place unless you like to support unfair business practices.

Owners.new and old.should take better care of customers if they want to stay in business. I for one do not like to be cheated out of my money. But if you decide to get a car wash at this place.by all means. I do not suggest buying any multiple wash cards from this place.

I had to leave stars to be able to say that this business of long standing is under new ownership. I haven't had a chance to go try it yet but I am looking forward to it. If you go I just bet you'll have a great experience. Report back, plz and remember they may have adjustments to make so just be nice.rt?

My $500 worth of pre purchased tickets appear to be worthless.

SLOOOWWWWWWWW. Either they're going out of business, or trying to go out of business. After experiencing this process a few times, I now ask how long to get in? (the wash tunnel - with 1 or 2 cars ahead of me) Standard answer- '40,45 minutes' last 4 times. Then 1 guy vacuums, 1 guy dries, 5 guys sit around. PS I'm only still coming here because I purchased a 10 car package my 1st time here. And as far as actual cleaning- mediocre at best.

This was my third time giving this place a chance. It was a big mistake and a waste of more money. They said they cleaned the trunk and it was filthy there were marks all over the windshield after cleaning and so much dirt and sand that was not vacuumed. They touched up the windows when I asked but lied about the trunk and I left very dissatisfied and will never go back again. Do yourself a favor and trust the reviews.
