OTC Towing (Off the Chain), Sanford FL

Such a sweet place. Towed the van used for a disabled child on New Year’s Day. Her wheelchair was in the van too and the car seats. For what? A rear tire being on the grass on a holiday. Way to go trolling the neighborhood knowing there are a lot of people and little parking. There was a disabled parking pass hanging on the rearview mirror. Where are the disabled parking spots? I don’t know how you sleep at night. Disgusting.

They put a sticker on a legally parked car and not on the car that was illegally parked. The owner of the car stated that it was OTC responsibility to remove the sticker because the sticker had no legal right to be put on the car. We asked OTC to remove the sticker OTC didn’t acknowledge thier mistake or apologize. They said they didn’t make a mistake, we asked for proof and they were unable to provide any proof that the car was ever illegally parked. They promptly hung up when we called. Now the owner of the vehicle had to be talked down not contacting the police for vandalism. This situation escalated too far. OTC could have provided some proof of thier claim or took responsibility for thier mistake and cleaned the sticker off the car.

Fantastic EXEMPLARY customer service! From the moment the phone request was made until my vehicle was parked in my driveway, I experienced efficient and knowledgeable service. I was treated with respect and urgency. When the dispatcher said my driver would call me ASAP, I received a call within 15 minutes letting me know exactly when I could expect him. There was great communication between myself and the tow driver and I would highly recommend their services. The price was competetive and fair for the services provided. This tow company cares about its community and customers. If tow services are needed, I recommend OTC Towing.

Very unprofessional, rude, thieves. Their communication skills are garbage. When this companies name was mentioned to others I know, they had nothing good to say about them. They make up prices and rules on a whim to line their pockets.

Driver says one price on the phone. Then change the price in person. Literally change the price $5. Then when it starts raining I went to go sit in my car that’s on the property for 5 minutes. Because they had change the price and was waiting on the rest of the money. The drivers comes to the my car and says I have to get out and literally stand in the rain off the property. Remind you I was already sitting in my car for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional company with no courtesy.

Poor preparation was made before the tow began that resulted in my left front hub and bearings separating from the steering knuckle and also ruining my knuckle bearing. The driver didn't take responsibility for the damages. I wouldn't recommend using thier service!

What a great place. I worked there years ago and I can tell you the owner, Mario is as stand up a guy as you could ask for. Even after years of not working there everytime me or my friends/family needs a tow someone is there within an hour. Amazing team!

On my way home from work I ended up with a disabled vehicle. Called several different places that didn’t seem concerned about my situation. I was on the side of the highway and could of been injured or killed without immediate help. They answered right away and sent someone without hesitation. I was a saved! I recommend everyone to make sure to call this family owned towing and more place for all their car needs. They are absolutely the best.

I showed up without an appointment and Happy (his nickname) the mechanic helped me within just a few minutes. He fixed the issue for me quickly and also gave me sound advice regarding my car and anything I may need moving forward, no sales pitch, just advice. Also answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I’m very appreciative of this service and will now continue to use shop.
