OTG Liquidation Center, Vero Beach FL

I recently bought an activity cube here for my 1 year olds birthday present. A week later when I go to wrap it, I noticed that one whole side of the item is completely broken and busted in. My husband went to return it, they would not refund us as their return policy is only 5 days, even though the item was very damaged and should not have been on the shelves in the first place. I would not recommend shopping here.

I had a great experience from my first phone call to Kerry who was extremely friendly and helpful! When I got to the facility I dealt with his sister Jamie who went above and beyond! If you are shopping around to purchase pallets of merchandise, look no further! This is the place you want to partner with! The whole family is honest and friendly. Thank you OTG for all your help!

I found a cordless vacuum at TG Liquidation US 1 Vero Beach in a taped closed box that had obviously been opened. Just in case, I verified that the store had a 5-day return policy, no questions asked. When I got home, I discovered the battery and charger were missing.

Next day, when I returned to TG Liquidation for a refund, the manager became irate and argued with me, insisting that all battery-operated appliances come without batteries and chargers, and that I needed to go online and order them separately.

Ultimately, they allowed the return but in the process, were very abusive and banned me from ever entering the store again, as if I would come back to that place anyhow.

We cannot say enough praises to various employees at our local OTG Liquidators Ctr. Claudia was exceptional to accommodate our particular needs as we're many others. This place has a lot of greats deals. But I have one major complaint. Your employees deserve high mounted oscillating fans in at least the cashier area. It was sweltering and I can not imagine working there regularly without feeling ill. Get your employees some fans. They aren’t going to break the bank.

FALSE ADVERTISING-BAIT/SWITCH
They advertise BOGO on clothes. Yet charge you full price for the expensive clothes (i.e. 14.99 x 2=29.98), while charging nothing for subsequent set (i.e. 10.00 x 2= 00.00), when the total of these two sets should have been 24.99.

Through this deceptive practice I paid $4.99 too much.

I discourage anyone to shop anywhere where such practices are implemented. Of course I could have paid for this in two transactions and it may have worked out, this is not however as the Sale board advertised.

Great place and great prices. I buy a lot of shirts, bikes, kitchen stuff etc for my house. Friendly staff that is very helpful!

This place is amazing! I love their merchandise there is a lot you can find! The prices are right love that they care for their customers and like to hear our input on how they could improve there services. And the customer service is amazing such sweet people that goes above and beyond to help you look for what you need definitely will always come back to shop!

Bought products first time there at great deal next time I went the same exact product was twice the price
Some deals are good, others not so much
Obviously they mark over or remove the old clearance price from the stores they purchased from so they can charge more
You can find some bargains there but I’ve found better at the sale sections of other retail stores
