I bought my truck from the lot back in June of 2023. The people were extremely nice and informative. The rating I’ve given them is simply due to the fact that after 6 months the truck needs a new motor. This is of NO fault to them, as they worked with me on the price of the vehicle and were very cooperative. There’s no way they could have possibly known of the problems with this vehicle, not with where the issue was located. The truck continued to drive for me for 6 months in a bad timing chain that’s located behind the motor. The truck didn’t leave me stranded and got me home safely to my family by time it quit running. That’s all I could ask for.

I thought it was a good place by all counts nice people but Not Honest I paid yall 4200 for a pontiac bonneville supposedly no leaks or problem. Car has a rear main leak found on first oil change. Inside car leaks worn out seals or something iv spent over 1k getting by the last 3 to 4 months. Now im taking almost a complete lose to sell and get something I can safely drive. UPDATED to yalls response Yes it's a 23 year old car but the two shops I took it two said who ever sold the car knew of the problems if yall priced the car around 2k or so wouldn't be no complaints. My Complaints are I'm out a car and over 5k. I would have came back but I can't drive the car more the 10 miles or so at a time without major oil lose

Nice people but lousy business management.
They post items for sale that they do not have possession of. They said they have to go get the item but never did, even after telling them numerous times you really interested in buying the item and that you have cash on hand to buy the item. After several weeks of waiting and showing constant interest in said item they pull it from being listed.
FYI. This is a lousy way to run a business.
In the future do not post things for sale if you do not have the item in your possession. Also, when someone makes you an offer on an item, come back with a counter offer or at least a response, do not ignore the customer that is trying to give you cash money.

Great people, a great price on my son's vehicle and the young faced sales staff was super helpful. Will do business with them again.

What a joke. Waited three days for a battery. The test drive was very informative. Unable to adjust the seat, mildewly order, left turn signal not working, gas gage not working, speedometer not working, air conditioner not working, radio not working, engine vibration and would not pick up speed. Gave the keys back and left. The high rating must be from family and friends.

Eugene went out of his way to help me on side of the road did not ask me for no money he towed my vehicle for me got my family off the side of the road. He is a angel and if somebody like this is selling you a car, the world is a better place with people like this.

First time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership and I probably won't ever buy from anyone else! Brittini and Eugene have been a god send for me and my little ones! So very family oriented and have become like family to us. I Bought a 05 jeep liberty at an awesome price that has ran great since I got it, I've put 30,000 miles on it in 7 months with very little issues, I've replaced a relay and the struts which were my doing because I drive 100 miles a day to and from work. Its been the most reliable vehicle I've owned thus far. If and when she goes down I will be purchasing another from this amazing family owned dealership! 5 stars all around!
