Dr Rosenbaum, Dr Gilson, and all the staff are amazing. It is really a pleasure coming here and having the best dental care, a dental care understanding that our body and mind are connected to our dental health and that anything they will do will impact our body health. Dr Rosenbaum gave me resources to do a comprehensive metal allergy test before a metal implant that was the only solution for me (I did not want metals in my body).

I used to HATE going to the Dentist. I was afraid of pain. Real pain and shame in an intimate space of my body. At 81, I’m able to get there without trepidation. The team is so competent, caring and compassionate for my needs that replacing a crown caused me NO pain at all. They’re not ever rushed, and always concerned about my comfort. I no longer dread cleaning or fillings because of the availability of gas and lidocaine if I need it. There is artistry and creativity in the perfection of their fine work has change me. Their genuine smiles settle me, I’m grateful that for rest of my life, however long it may be, that I will never again dread going to my friends at My Holistic Dentist.

Dr. Rosenbaum and her staff are amazing. I’ve been going here for many years and I’ve always had the best experience. She cares about her patients and makes sure they are comfortable when receiving treatment. The environment is welcoming and peaceful. They are nothing but professional and I’ve recommended many family and friends to her practice. The hygienists are great too.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent dental care at this holistic dentistry practice. Dr Seth Gilson helped me with the meticulous removal and replacement of my amalgam fillings. Dr Gilson and his team demonstrated a commendable commitment to safety, employing rigorous protocols to minimize any potential exposure to mercury during the process.
From the initial consultation, Dr Gilson exhibited a high level of professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being. He took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout. The emphasis on holistic approaches was evident, as they integrated alternative materials that align with both oral and overall health, for example, the use of charcoal, ozone treatment, and vitamin C.
I left the office confident that I had received top-notch conscientious care. I highly recommend this holistic dentistry practice and Dr Seth Gilson for anyone seeking a thorough and safe approach to dental health.

The other day, I went to this office for a dental hygiene working interview, & after seeing my first patient, I was ready to leave due to the treatment I experienced from Dr. Rosenbaum. Never in my life have I ever felt so small & degraded by another person. Let me start by saying each dental practice has many different protocols & ways of treating their patients. Every day, I'm learning something new as a hygienist, & when I go into a new office, I never question an office's practices. I simply do my job to the best of my ability. In this field, doctors can be extremely nasty towards hygienists, & I prefer to avoid conflict for the sake of my mental health.

Having said that, not once did anyone explain to me how they wanted anything done at this office. I was never given a formal interview, only thrown to the wolves. A simple "Hey, can you please do this next time? " would've been sufficient. Dr. Rosenbaum waited until we were in front of PATIENTS to insult me, demean me, & question my intelligence as a healthcare provider. "Do you even know how to do your job", "Where did you go to school? " These were only some of the comments she made towards me. She spoke to me in such a condescending manner that I had to hold back tears due to the humiliation I was experiencing.

The Talmud from the Torah states, "It would be better for a person to allow himself to be tossed into a furnace than to willingly embarrass another person. " No one is above anyone in this life, & holistic healing should not only be practiced in your body but also in your heart. Dr. Rosenbaum, do better.

In response to your reply, there are so many things wrong with your accusations, I don't even know where to start. To try & gaslight me & make me question my reality of what truly transpired that day is disgusting & only proves that you show a lack of empathy for others.

Firstly, how would you know if I did or did not view my patient's medical history or dental records? You weren't in the room with me. You also don't know what I viewed on the computer before I brought a patient into my room. Therefore, what you're saying is only an assumption. It's almost impossible not to see a patient's health/dental history because as soon as you open their chart you can see everything about the patient including their: dental chart, treatment pending, medications, medical conditions, allergies, etc. How was I able to document my notes appropriately if I didn't look at their health history or dental records? That statement is an outright lie and a dangerous one to accuse a healthcare provider of.

Secondly, I think this one is quite funny. I didn't use sterile protocols. How so? Please be more specific. I've been in the dental field for about 8 years as a dental assistant & hygienist & I'll be honest with you. There's nothing fancy about your sterilization process, it's the same as every other office.

One thing I did notice about your sterilization environment, however, was the fact that your lunch room & the reprocessing area are located in the same room together. Essentially your employees are eating their lunch in a room filled with chemicals & other harmful aerosols. OSHA requirements for the sterilization reprocessing area clearly state that eating & drinking in instrument processing areas is prohibited.

Lastly, the irony of you to accuse me of lacking the basic knowledge to sterilize properly is comical when you have your dog running into the operatories & jumping onto the chairs, getting its saliva, dirty feet, and dog hair particles everywhere. You don't see surgeons bringing their pets into operating rooms do you? Why is it any different at a dental office where "sterile" equipment & instruments are being used to treat patients? It's very clear that our concept of "sterile" means something very different to each other.

Your rebuttal is simply a fallacy & another malicious attempt to undermine my intelligence. You lack the capability of taking accountability & there's a reason that you have a high turnover rate at your practice. Take care

This dentist (Fredda) is very rude. She was rude from the start. She did not say hi or even look at me. I started asking her a question if she knows why I started getting a lot of cavities even though I brush and floss after each meal and I do not eat sugar. She did not bother to answer me nor to even look at me. She turned to her assistant and told her to give me a nutritionist card. I kept trying to communicate with her and said that I eat organic, no sugar, etc. She did not bother to hear what I had to say and walked out of the room. I never met this woman before but she acted as if I was her enemy.
From the treatment plan she gave me, it is apparent that she is not up to date with the biological dental treatments available currently as I found out from another dentist. Her assistant tried very hard to cover up for her rudeness and I feel bad for the staff.

The best dentistry with the loveliest team. You feel like a friend, family when you’re a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum’s practice.
Today I had a cleaning with Glissell, a new hygienist at the practice. She replaced Josie. Glissell is excellent, very thorough and a very good teacher. Also very kind.
