Statue out front needs to change to Our Lady of MERCY. Our lady with the freed slaves (captives) on both her sides.
Also … with a majority of elderly folks, the “entertainment committee” must keep that in mind … Do NOT serve cup cakes with thick icing - without a healthy option.

I will MISS Fr. Whittaker’s great Homilies, and continue to Pray for his good health. I Welcome the young vibrant Fr. Paul V1 Karenga, originally from West Africa, and will assist in any way I can from time to time. His First Mass was awesome!

It is a beautiful temple of Peace and Prayer!
But they would have to add what time you can go, because I went twice in the afternoon and it is closed, although it says it closes at 11pm

Father Kenneth is one of the best homilists I’ve personally come across. Extremely succinct, always thought-provoking, and done almost always in under 10 minutes. Unlike many a priest within the Archdiocese of Miami, he has a clear understanding of the function of his priesthood; he’s not a comedian, entertainer, or social worker. He’s there to lead the congregation during the Sacrifice of the Mass.
