I am always on a tight budget and I rely on thrift stores to get beautiful clothes because I can't buy elegant clothing at the mall because they cost me a fortune. I'm thankful to this place for having a nice selection of clothes because I don't need to spend a few hundred dollars to get a sophisticated and elegant looking clothes.

Love this thrift store! Everything was so organized and easy to find things. Found a few goodies to use for Change/key holders. Will def be back! Cute furniture options too!

Terrible customer service. For an organization that solicits donations they are not very accommodating at all. If you’re looking to donate somewhere nearby, I highly recommend Miami Rescue Mission, much better experience.

They don't let you have your money back if the item you bought in a box is missing the main item. The manager was super rude

Quality second hand products at competitive prices. The profits goes to charity helping HIV patients. Anyone can donate their used or new commodities and then a price is assigned to that product along with date of donation.

Went to drop off clothing and expensive donations 30 minutes prior to close and some women turned me away. Even though it was a substantial donation.

Found some good stuff here but there were signs on the GROUND saying none of the clothes on the mannequins were for sale. We didn’t see them because they were not at eye level with the mannequins, which doesn’t make a ton of sense to begin with. Why would you put clothes in a clothing store you’re not willing to sell? What kind of sense does that make? And then have the audacity to be rude to and belittle the customer for being confused about that? It was a little ridiculous to be honest. Reading through the other reviews here it seems rudeness is a recurring theme here.

Really disappointed in the fact they solicit donations and pick up with NO guidelines or rules online bht when they come to pick up they tell you what is acceptable or not. Two couches in fantastic condition were rejected because two water marks. Had I had any clue I wouldn't have kept the furniture for a week waiting for them. Sold them on offer up in a day and didn't waste time waiting.

Love this place. You can find so many hidden gems and slightly used clothing for so little and it all goes to support an amazing cause.

This thrift store is really great and let me first start by saying the fact that they are helping the community is amazing. There's free HIV testing here at this clinic and it's crucial to know your status! Also, the workers I dealt with there made me feel comfortable!

The customer services is great. The registration process for testing needs to improve. The registration desk is in the store area and has no waiting area to complete registration. A bunch of people trying to complete registration standing up prior to getting a number. Registration should take place within the clinic area on the second floor. Will recommend 100%.

Pharmacy worker was extremely unprofessional! I was trying to get tested and it was my first time there and she seemed extremely bothered that I asked her for help also made jokes about me to her coworker and he started laughing with her. Poor customer service! The only person that made my experience here amazing was the nurse in the second floor she was truly such an amazing person

Loved the theme of this thrift store & this one had a better selection then the one I went to in Saint Petersburg. It has small vintage collection, but prices were good. I found a couple shirts. Employees were nice.

We called at 4pm asking what time they close for donation, they said at 7pm. We loaded the car with clothes, crib, mattress, drove all the way from Coral Gables to Miami Downtown. It was opened, the lady said to come back tomorrow because they are bit accepting after 3: 30pm. WE CALLED! Also, there is a sign by the door saying “danation up to 6: 30pm”. She was there, the garage opened. I had the car loaded with my baby inside. We called early.not to mention that she said I could try Salvation Army or Lotus House.
