The customer service was great our waiter Tatiana was excellent she recommend great food choices and the food was fresh and delicious

We were a party of 11, and because we knew that it might be hard for the restaurant to accommodate us, we called ahead to make sure it would be possible. The person on the phone assured us, even if we might have to wait 45mins. We were fine with waiting.

When we arrived 30mins later, they now told the wait time would be 1hr. We tried to be understanding and told them we didn’t care if all the party sat together, they could split us if that made it easier. They still made us wait, blatantly sitting smaller groups that came after. Again we told them we don’t care, they could split us even further, we just wanted to sit. After 1 hour wait, a conversation with the manager and excuse after excuse, they pretty much told us there was nothing they could do for us, and it seemed they were just hoping we would leave. So we did. Hungry and bitter.

I wish I could give them no stars. The manager is absolutely useless when it comes to customer service which is shocking considering there was a hair in my steak, followed by a recook that was over cooked and not even the filet I ordered.
Don’t go to this location, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that can make a properly cooked, sanitary steak.

The bathrooms not cleaned, floor not clean, they gave me all 4 sets of forks and knife dirty, they were sticky and with white stuff. I ordered a blueberry lavender lemonade I never received it. I told the manager and he just apologized for it. I won’t come back again

Brutal Insulting Behaviour Of TIM, the manager;

After a very long wait, of 45 minutes, the Medium steak we ordered arrived well done and well dry. TIM, the manager on duty, agreed that the steak was not made correctly. He asked whether we would like to replace it with a new one or get a refund. We chose the refund as we were already eating after such a long wait. Then, without any notice, Tim just grabbed the plate in order to take it WHILE WE WERE EATING. When we rejected that he said "if i'm paying for it - then i am taking it". No appology, no offer to compensate us, not a smile.
THE MOST INSULTING AND BRUTAL BEHAVIOUR.
The Arnold Pulmer was way too sweet. The fries tasted good but were extremely salty. The Grilled Salmon was also well done instead of medium rare.

Food good as expected at a chain. Been several times and usually sit at bar to eat lunch while my car is being serviced next door. Service is hit or miss depending on the staff.

Good service nice place, only downside we had to wait about 30minutes or more for our food, the place was pretty busy. It was me and my wife we went on a Thursday maybe Friday around 8pm food was excellent tho!

It was very busy, even more so than usual for that time of the week, and there were a few out of the norm conditions, but I just have to say, the staff and manager here were absolutely amazing despite it all. They were accommodating, cordial, and professional. We felt like we were the only people in the restaurant. When our food arrived it was so delicious and fresh, even at the end of the night. We will definitely be back to this location in future trips to Orlando. Thank you all for a wonderful night!

The place is very dirty. The waitress seemed very annoyed, bothered and had an attitude. Food very long. Git my drink order incorrect. My salad was half brown and salty. Will Not be back.

I had ordered the Filet Mignon and lobster tail. The tail was small and looked like it came from someone's aquarium instead of the ocean. All in all, the meal was satisfying at a high price. Ryan the server was excellent and my tip reflected that. Great job Ryan.

This was my Mother's 91st Birthday. We all had a great time. Our server, Hailey was kind, timely and attentive. Outback is my mother's favorite restaurant. She loves the blooming onion. She was not disappointed!

The ribeye was sub par, My beer tasted like dirty soapy water. Bartender avoided me for an hour while he consistently served the other two gentlemen at the bar. Maybe it was my tone of skin, the other two gentlemen were of the lighter side of the spectrum.

Slow service and cold food. The gentleman that helped us was nice but didn’t return to the table often. We waited 15 minutes after we finished eating to get our check. We won’t be going back.

Everything great, the food, service exelent with Cooper the waiter and the filet mignon was perfect.

Great place away from the Orlando Resort. Turned up and seated straight away. Really friendly service, Tom our server was great.oh and the food was really good too, my eleven year old gave it the thumbs up

I did take out and the female handling my order was outstanding it was pouring down rain and she walked me back to my vehicle with the umbrella

Had loades blooming onion not bad. But the cheeses got cold and hard. I suggested to the manager that cheese sauce would work better.

Everything is so good. My new favorite restaurant. Not afraid to try new menu items because I never had anything I didn't like

We've been in this place with friends family it was nice but not more.
The service was very slowly and the steaks was o.k but not what you expected from steaks house

Fathers Day experience was awful. Butter had a long piece of hair wrapped in it. Silverware (knife) had dried food on it. Manager tried to accommodate us. However the main entree also had hair.

Manager and the waiter were professional and apologized. But my dinner was spoiled and I could not try to stomach anything else from the kitchen

I will not visit this restaurant again.
