Outback Steakhouse, Lakeland FL

Bathroom floor sticky, lettuce in salad was brown, dirty dishes were left on tables and server was terrible. Asked for A1 for steak to two people.never came. Steak was horrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered online and I still had to wait because they "forgot" to drop my order and the only thing I ordered was a blooming onion.idk if I'll waste my time here again, but the customer service was friendly so there's hope.

This was a night mare we got to the outback at 5: 15 the host said it would be 15 mins than he comes back and said in 15 more mins than the assistant manger gives are table to other group that came in after us so we are a hour before we get to sit down to eat than we eat at this time it has been three and half hours we are ready to leave are recipes are all messed up they over changed us and end up putting are gift card on someone eles receipt and it was are Daughters birthday dinner. Me my self I don’t give them any star because they are not good. Outback main office in to check in with this one I will not be going back to this outback again ………….

It's Saturday night, the website and the door both say it's open until 11pm. We arrive at 7: 15 pm. We watch another couple enter and be seated. When we enter less than 2 minutes later we're told the restaurant is closed due to the hood in the kitchen malfunctioning. He said it was too smokey. It was no. The other couple were allowed to stay, but we were not. We won't be going back. This was our 31st anniversary!

Sadly disappointing.got here at 505 pm.party of 9 knew there would be a wait told 20-25 minutes.large group left told they was cleaning and then we would be seated by host.manager then gave the table to another group who host said called at 525 (who arrived at 545) it was finally 615 before another large table was available. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Finally got food around 700. Food was okay nothing special.

The place is very cozy, the music, the service is spectacular and the food is very delicious, this place deserves more than 5 stars. Very grateful to the waitress Christine. Very good service!

Ordered ribeye, baked potatoe and salad

Butter would not melt in potato. Have to admit it was still good. Will I go there again. Yep.

Decided to go this past Monday night. I order Prime Rib, wife orders a steak that the waitress says is only seasoned with salt and pepper. Cool. Waitress comes back and tells me they ran out of Prime Rib 20 mins prior. I should have just left right there, but instead I ordered the center cut sirloin. Steaks come out eventually. Wife's steak DEFINATELY has more than salt and pepper on it, and my steak was the worst steak I had ever eaten at a restaurant. No flavor, very tough. They got my wife a new steak, and I said I didn't want anything else. The manager comped us one of our apps.

Won't be returning to this or ANY Outback. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the food and/or service, but it will be the last

Visited while traveling. Out hometown Outback is great so we choose to go here. Food was cooked perfectly but the place felt dingy. Not sure if the waitress was in the weeds but she was very short with us. So glad ours isn't like this.

We had a great time. Very courteous waiter, staff! Great food! Great service! Keep up the excellent work!

Got there around 7 tonight, took 30 mins for them to bring my father in law a basic house salad. Then another 10 mins to even get cutlery to eat it with. Because she never gave us any.
We waited a hour + for our food, my kids were fed up at this point and hungry so I asked for boxes to take it home.

Brings the food no boxes.had to ask her 3 more times for the boxes.
When we first got there and ordered I also ordered something to take home for my husband who's coming in off a flight. That order had to be removed from the bill because she couldn't tell me when it would even be ready. Her response wasn't even let me go check it was
"I dunno"
She was given the card when the food arrived yet we still sat there food in boxes waiting for her to bring the bill so we could leave. She had the card the entire time! Absolutely ridiculous it took so long to even pay.

Tried to ask the girl at the front desk if she could hurry it up, she didn't even let me finish before saying I need to sit at my table. Disgusting rudeness from the girls who work here is unbelievable, they say they're busy yet they all stand around giggling with each other.

It was very slow on a Monday evening and there were only a handful of tables in the whole restaurant but I believe the waiter forgot we were there several times. The bread finally came out 5 minutes before our entree's did.

Food was no good potatoes were all steaks were over cooked long wait to get food too long when you have little children manager was too young and not as a manager should be as far as the way they hold them selfs. Server was good even for being knew she was on par

Food quality was terrible. Everything came to our table undercooked. Probably won't be back for a few more years.

If I could give them a negative rating I would be happy to! We Moved to Lakeland last year this was our first and will be out last attempt at ever eating at this restaurant ever again! I treated my wife to a Pickup carry out order for her Birthday dinner, we don't go out to eat right now at restaurants because of Covid. So we ordered a Blooming Onion and two Outback Center Cut Sirloin Steak Dinners, the only differences in our meals was I had the steamed vegetables she had the Loaded Mashed Potatoes, we both had the Caesar salads, Mushrooms on the side and the bread. This was on a Tuesday evening. Within an hour or so after we finished our meal she started getting ill running to the bathroom with Diarrhea and terrible nausea. She was in the bathroom several times that might and didn't feel well within a few more hours she was vomiting and had Diarrhea still going on as soon as shew would try and drink water, eat some broth and crackers she would become violently ill again. This continued for 3 days still could hardly eat anything just kept drinking water, tea, gatorade just to try and stay hydrated. We had to wait until Monday to get her to our Dr's office first words after he examined her that came out of his mouth were Food Poisoning! Told him when it started he said he had no doubt it could be food poisoning they ran lab work drew blood etc. We'll get the results in a few days! Thank you Outcrap for making my Wifes Birthday a horrible memory! Beware this place.

We have never had a bad meal at any of this chain of restaurants. You can always count on the food being very good and the staff are always great. If you are looking for some great food try a Outback Steakhouse.

Absolutely DISGUSTING ordered takeout and they gave me my French onion soup cheese in aluminum foil and I can't get it off. Other outback steakhouse's put the cheese in the soup to go. The soup tastes just ok. Scared to taste the rest of my food.
