Very disappointed in this place. The service was subpar. Food was not the best, the portions were small, and they didn't sing or anything for my wife's birthday, the server didn't seem to care too much about serving us either, I'm usually a great tipper at least 50% of the bill, but this server barely made me want to tip 20%. Probably won't be back.

Delivery people are rude, Order is never right & have to wait another hour for the rest of your order after arguing with a manager.

This is a great Outback Steakhouse the food is always very good and consistent quiet nice atmosphere with a good courteous knowledgeable staff. I love the ribeye bone in steak and my girlfriend loves the New York strip or prime rib. Open till 11 cold drinks courteous staff conveniently located Cypress Gardens Boulevard close to the main intersection off of 1st Street one of my favorite places

I understand there is a staffing shortage right now across the board but I placed an online order at 6: 33 that I was told would be ready at 6: 59. I arrived at 6: 55 p.m. And it was several minutes before I was greeted at my vehicle. I was told that once the food was ready, they would bring it out. Several vehicles arrived after me and left before me and by 7: 25, I had yet to receive my food. I asked to speak to an employee and she informed me that the steak was not ready and could offer me no reason why or an apology. It was one 6 oz sirloin, not even a complex order. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to him that I was tired of waiting and requested a refund. He told me that that would be difficult because he had to "do some back office stuff" and he disappeared inside for several more minutes leaving me waiting. He came back out a few minutes later with my food and offered me no apologies or corrective action and did not oblige to my refund like requested. I hate to post this publicly but the website does not offer any email or form of contact other than telephone and I do not want anyone to experience the same inconvenience.

Not so good this time. Soup and meal came out together. Rookie mistake by a bartender. Fillet was good but not presented very well at all. Bartenders more intrested in closing the bar than their customers.

I went here twice during a business trip. Both times I got the filet medium. Both times the service and quality were excellent.

Stopped in around mid afternoon to meet some family who drove over for a visit.

We were seated almost immediately, we saw maybe 3 other parties seated and no one at the bar. We waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came to take our initial drink order. We ordered cocktails, a blooming onion, and two side Caesar salads. The salads were good, the blooming onion was way over cooked and half of it was burnt in taste and appearance.

Since we were catching up we ordered a few more drinks, but the staff kept asking to take our entrée order even after explaining multiple times we were not having anything else to eat. Service was very lackluster which was disappointing because we saw on average 3 employees sitting by the door talking to the hostess the entire time like they has nothing else to do.

Highly recommend their delivery option. The driver was extremely polite and professional. The food was hot and fresh too!

Just ordered the shrimp and chicken pasta look very good and see that I'm missing the chicken. THIS OUTBACK BEWARE THEY ARE ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING OUT YOUR ORDER. SO CHECK BEFORE U GO.

Went tonight the only thing that tasted good was the bread.
Prime rib was cold and sat under a heat lamp to long. Husband sirloin was well done burnt. No care in there

Food and service was Great but while walking out to our car to leave there was a foul smell like sewer water almost lost my food

Good food. As long as you don't order the steak! Very Grainy and no seasoning and apparently cooked in a frying pan. Steak is NOT their specialty! Also restroom not clean! Wife informed me that women's room stall door falling from wall hinges. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Way too many BETTER option to consider.

Alll jokes aside this place is complete garbage, food taste so low quality, drinks taste like cardboard we had a bug in our food and the manager had the nerve to say it flew in there, this place needs to be shut down, honestly pathetic. The worst outback experience ever

Excellent service and food. The chef cooked my steak perfectly which rarely happens and I receive a large slice of cheesecake which you rarely see either!

Service was excellent staff was excellent but my food and drink not so much I order steak and shrimp with rice and loaded potatoes my soda was flat my steak was tasteless they offer me a baked potato because she said they didn't have loaded potatoes but the baked potato was awful looking I told her no thank you then she brought me the leaded potato but I didn't want it because it was just awful looking it was cold cheese wasn't melted and bacon was raw the worst was the bad smell in the restaurant it was so bad.

Not too good customer service, service a little slow, food over cooked, bill must be reviewed if you asked something at the bar prior to seating to avoid double charges. If you left something at the table, like earpods, not even bother going back 10 mints after.no one saw them. Not even the guy who picked up the table ‍️. Not going back to this one.

I ordered curbside for a blooming onion. It was my first time ever having one and it was horrible. It was cold, old, greasy and I could taste it had been cooked in old grease and sat. I called and the response I received was “we haven’t had any other complaints today. ”
