15Ordered Take-Away, was on a 20 minute phone hold, the food was cold, missing items, took an hour for the food to be ready, and the presentation and attire of the employees were horrible. Do not recommend to order take out unless something is changed.
A ton of options, great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Charles made our visit worthwhile and made great suggestions too. Thanks a lot Charles. We will definitely be back soon!
Our server Cruz was on point. He couldn't do enough for us. And they were slamming with business. Food was awesome came out hot had no complaints. When we go back, We will ask to sit in his station.
Meal was great except steamed veggies were overcooked to mush which isn't usual here. Waiter was great. I am Celiac and felt very comfortable here.
I took my sons and their friend for dinner celebrating my middle ones birthday. The food was cooked well, tasted great, and the service was fantastic.
Take Away needs a change, horrible waits, cold food and mediocre customer service. Someone needs to do something about the attire, did Outback run out of their shirts?

Good service from Charles and great food. Salmon and prime rib served just the way we like it. I have never had poor service or food at this location.
Since covid we have only been doing outdoor air dinning or take out.
We were one of the only customers at the time for eating out doors. Food was great, waitress was very nice and the food was great. We did not feel we were putting anybody out with thier great service.
Our server at Outback in Clermont was phenomenal. She was handling several tables at once with grace, kindness and at an expert level. The entire staff was wonderful and the food was great!
The food is all right. The waitresses are a mediocre. Takes a long time for your food to arrive at your table.

I encountered 5 employees, all very friendly and courteous.
My order was accurate and ready in a timely manner and tasted great. The only thing to be careful of, I ordered soup and it was placed on bottom of bag with bread and condiments on top, the weight of these items pulled the bag and some soup leaked out and the bag gave out as well.
