Our server Gisel is amazing very knowledgeable of the menus faves great suggestions for our dinner absolutely delicious drinks are great and the manager Shay is fantastic we will become regulars in this new location just minutes from home love the attention the service great staff

I have been coming to outback for years and everytime i come back the food gets better and better. Giselle and Shay (manager) are doing an amazing job handling alot of tables but always makes sure each table is being taken care of. Will definitely keep coming here!

I had the pleasure of visiting the new Outback Steakhouse location. It’s vert pretty but even better was the service. The manager Shay (who i didn’t know was the manager) was serving water and making sure everyone was taken care of giselle and happy. Then we had the best waitress with an awesome happy disposition. I guess here that awesome attitude trickles down and, finally, and equally important is the food. I had to ask the name of the chef because our steaks were so perfectly cooked. Kudos to Frank the chef as well. It was an excellent experience! Thank you to all who made it such a pleasurable experience.

Headed to Outback as saw steak & lobster advertised all over town and tv for $24.99. When we got the and after ordering watered down drinks.we were told that steak and lobster was "not available in this location". Okay so fine! We will have the ribs and a burger! The ribs tasted like old frozen ribs pulled from the freezer and cooked in a hurry. Strong "old freezer" taste! The burger was cold, super thin and on a cold bun. I give this place only 1 star for it's blooming onion that was 100% good.
Conclusion: This used to be one of my favorite places to eat as a child. Based on my disappointing last two experiences; I will not be back and I do no longer recommend.

Giselle is an attentive and friendly server! The new restaurant is very nice. Food was prepared perfectly and timely. Shea was bustling about ensuring everything was just right!

I took my parents here and there was no wait so that was nice. Plenty of food options. Nice looking bar. Yes, it’s a franchise but who cares. The food was tasty and the service was great.
Parents had a chicken and steak combo meal which they loved. I had a potato soup, seared Tuna and a salad. No complaints. Manager even stopped by to check in.

Server (Gisele) was really nice, very polite and great customer service as well as her manger cedrick. We got seated fast and got our food fast as well.

My family and I visited Sunday, July 9th 2023. Bladimir, our server and all other staff that we encountered were very friendly. We all enjoyed ourselves.

The service at this new location was great! Came in on a Saturday evening, and Giselle our server was wonderful, very attentive and patient with my grandchildren. The manager Shay came by to check on us as well. Overall a great experience. Kangaroo on the wall was cool

Outstanding service and food. Giselle was by far the best server ever. Totally redeemed the restaurant from our prior experience earlier in the week. Also must give pros to the cook every item cooked to perfection.

Had a great experience at Outback today, Giselle treated us amazing, and was very attentive to our needs and got our food out the kitchen very fast. Shae also came and checked in on us. All in all it was a great experience i’ll definitely be back!

Sadly we had more misses than hits this evening at Outback. Table for 6 with 4 orders for prime rib were then told (after 15 minutes and starters) that we could only get medium well or well done prime rib. Orders were changed with disappointment and then when the food came only 2 of our group enjoyed the steaks.
The manager and staff apologised as we seemed to just get under cooked vegetables, poor quality meat (too much fat for the price - steaks not trimmed well enough).
Although it was openly a disaster I do believe that all the problems we faced were not an example of what was happening on other tables so I would give the chain another chance in a different location.

I went today the 11th of July 2023! The restaurant was empty with few customers at the tables, the restaurant was empty at 03: 45 pm! A server who is an older lady, was wearing glasses, blonde hair tied back but (I couldn't see her name), she arrived at the table to start serving her, extremely impatient, and extremely rude! On the menu there is a lunch promotion until 04: 00 pm the promotional time, it was 03: 50 and the same person who attended to us said that we could not order the promotion dish until 04: 00 pm but the time for place my order on time! She with an impatient face said: no you can't ask! We decided to order something else, and we asked about the other promotion that was on the cup holder on the table that said that we could order from 03: 00 pm to 05: 00 pm of a certain dish mentioned in the image and she even seeing what it said on the the ad said she didn't know if we could ask that she was going to ask someone else and left! Her service was too confusing, and everything we asked she answered rudely and without patience! Making us feel extremely uncomfortable with her attitude towards us. We ordered drinks, I ordered water, which never arrived at the table! One of my friends ordered her dish first and the others were still choosing what we were going to order, and we asked the rude server for a moment! She took a deep breath and came out making a nasty face! Then we ordered starters and main dishes! Drinks arrived at the table only after 25 minutes, it took a long time and the restaurant was empty for so long! My friend's food arrived before the drinks, before the Australian bread that is an appetizer, and before everyone's food! The Onion that was an appetizer arrived after 30 minutes of waiting, The drink refills were not replaced in the glasses and it only arrived at the table 30 minutes later, I had to ask several times, and still endure the mocking and bad-tempered face of that server who served us he answered extremely inappropriately, leaving us embarrassed and uncomfortable! 40 minutes later and our dishes still hadn't reached the table! I asked for the drink refill and at that moment the server got over her rudeness, being sarcastic, rude! I told her: A regular coke and a zero coke and I confirmed it and she sarcastically replied: That's exactly what I said! Sarcastically laughing at our faces! At the same time, I asked another employee to call the manager present in the restaurant! A very polite girl in an orange T-shirt came attentively to talk about what was going on! I explained to her (Manager) and said that this lady had a problem, she was treating and serving us in a rude and inappropriate way that we would like to be served by another Server who was polite and could serve us with respect! After explaining the whole situation to her, she apologized for what happened! Changed the server and a smiling, attentive girl came who served us in a respectful and efficient way, she was excellent and even though she was not to blame for what happened, she apologized for the problem and confusion caused by the previous lady (Server). After 50 minutes waiting our food arrived after the complaint ai came quickly! But we waited too long as the restaurant was empty without many customers! The overall experience was not pleasant and respectful! We were only treated well after the complaint, because before that it was terrible! We feel bad for being treated so rudely by that first lady (Server) who served us! I do not intend to return to this same unit in the outback and I do not recommend it! This restaurant is newly opened and needs improvement especially in service, the bathroom was very dirty and with a very strong urine odor! The food was ok! I'm here making this complaint so that other customers are not treated the same way I was today! That some action is taken and resolved! Thank you for your attention!

The food was amazing! I enjoyed coming here with my mother. Our server Giselle was kind and gave us amazing service. The manager Shay was also great. 10/10 Recommend

The best Outback I ever been too the staff was very sweet Giselle and Shay provided the best customer service my experience was 10/10 will be back sooner than soon

Giselle was our server and she had amazing communications and customer service, Manager Cedric is doing a amazing job 10/10!

This place is awesome! Very good quality, fast and excellent service especially Giselle! @ Shay came to our table and was friendly. Definitely recommend and will be coming here again! Oh and the blooming onion is the BEST!

Our server Giselle and manager Shay were very nice and energetic. The wait for the food did take a little longer but we were informed about it beforehand and they stayed very attentive the whole time. Everything was delicious and we even got free bread to go for our troubles.

Gisselle is amazing and Julio and Giselle make an incredible team attending their tables. They made our eating experience very nice to say the least. Shay these 2 are keepers, many blessings to all
