Outback Steakhouse, Naples FL

I loved the place. The food was so good. I had the Steakhouse salad and the meat was lit! The service was good and I get time to share with my family and have a good dinner.
I’m going back definitely.

Bad decision! We looked forward to having dinner at Outback, boy did that dissapoint! Staff was not welcoming at all, looked as if we were disturbing them. Maybe we were, because there were barely any other people eating inside. This outback looked like an office, did not have the typical Outback looks. Food was terrible, really really salty. Will never come back here

I came to this establishment around the weekend I believe Friday, writing this later than expected. My family and I were extremely hungry after spending the day together. We considered ourselves lucky finding this Outback, not too packed. The hostess up front got us in faster than expected, then we sat. Our server started off decent, but after we ordered and did not seem to care. As our meal went on we noticed it got busy, we felt that our young latino server did not want to take care of us. If i had to assume he must be a very new employee because he forgot to check on us numerous times. The steak here is amazing in addition to the decor. When we arrived my son enjoyed the art on the walls! My advice is for this place to train the new and unfocused staff, especially the males!

I went there for lunch yesterday and the french onion soup was amazing and of course the blooming onion. Jen the waitress that I had, was exceptional. She attended to all my needs. I like this location way better than the one on Immokalee Road. There food and/or service is very lacking. They could learn a thing or to from the location on Tamiami in Naples.

One the way from Naples we saw outback and thought it's a known type of food and environment. Upon walking into a completely empty restaurant we were greated by the smiley host, she and a team had a hesitation on where to seat us. Then we met the waitress. She was just very disgenuine. Her timing was off - she would either come too fast and taken too long to take our order. And she would jyst use cliche phrases. The sign at the door said "happy hour all day every day", she didn't even know stating it's over at 3 or 4. It waa 4 pm. But went to confirm that we were right. Nothing is worth of having on hapoy hour BTW. My steak that I take all the time was dry, my house salad for some reason had croutons. She didn't even asked how was the food, I would have mentioned steak dryness. She was very attentive to the older people behind us but barely gave us any of her time. Coming after us they had their salads in while our order wasn't even taken still. I was irritated. Upon leaving not the host, not the gentleman she was talking too didn't even bother say good bye, thank you for coming. Very impersonal. Won't be back to this location for sure.

Very good and typical Outback with nice waiters and delicious food.
The steaks were always cooked to perfection and very tasty. Great value for money especially for lunch.
Beer was cheap and tasty for Florida (Outback Blooming Blond)
I would recommend this outback to anyone.

Love outback. The food is always delicious, the staff is so kind, and everyone has a smile on their face! Wish I could eat there more!

Got steak with mashed potatoes and got asparagus as a substitute side asparagus was a pale green color with white undercooked peices for an extra 2.50 was a bit ridiculous but the steak and mashed potatoes were ok

Stopped in thursday.got table right away. Rachel the waitress did great job.food great.we will be back

Outback is my favorite place to eat! I always come back. Delicious steaks, what more can one ask for! I’ve never had any complaints or dissatisfaction. The staff is friendly and our waitress Stacy was genuinely nice and friendly. If you haven’t eaten here, you should!

The fried mushrooms were over cooked. While my waitress was good, the guy that brought the food and drinks mixed up my order with someone else 's a couple of times

Too expensive shouldn’t have to pay $40 for an 8 ounce steak but if you like wasting your money pretty good steak

AC was out. Place was a sauna. Inattentive server seems like a pattern anymore Steaks have been better.

Walk towards front door at 8: 59pm, watch the employees run to lock the door before we could just reach the door! Sign posted says 9: 30pm on a Wednesday night. Came next door to Miller’s Ale House, where they were happy to have our business until midnight. I guess there is a reason I haven’t been to this Outback location in three+ years. NEVER AGAIN! They may as well close up.
