Outback Steakhouse, Orlando FL

Waited awhile to be waited on took forever to get our food, had to ask for bread to be brought with salads, ordered prime rib medium and it came out bleeding rare, did not send it back as it took almost an hour to get our food, wasn't worth waiting longer, staff is few and servers have to many tables. Our server had 6 tables plus bussed them while 2 male? Managers watched. Restaurant was freezing cold. We are locals and come there often, this was the worst service ever.

Good food, service a little problematic, as there were few attendants, and those who were there seemed to be committed.

Lucas was absolutely amazing! Great experience and great food. I would recommend this location to anyone. Lucas really went above and beyond for me and my sister. It was her birthday and he made sure she was happy. Thanks!

We came in after a day at Disney this past Monday. We love the bloomin onion and get it everytime. Highly recommend it. My husband got the sirloin and coconut shrimp, kids got burgers and i had the Kingsland pasta. Everything was tasty. We love this place.

This location always delivers. We love the steaks here. Kids and wife are always happy when we go to outback.

Ruined my family diner in Orlando! The steak was non comestibile, was extremely salty, total unhealthy, so salty than I named it salt with steak. They offer a replacement and I spoke with the cook, please make it with out seasoning and “No Salt”. In the time of replacement, my wife and my daughter finish the diner and I got my plate only the steak and guess? Same salty steak, asked the bill and pack the steak, in that point the dinner was over. The last surprise, thinking maybe was just a kitchen problem, we have been waiting 15 minutes for steak to have it in a box, I was ready to go without steak anyway ended in a trash, was 3 times more salty than any potato chips, but they didn’t charge the card in 15 minutes. Worst experience ever, we usually do different steak houses and we will do other location, give them the 3 chance for outback, this one doesn’t meet our expectations, kitchen 1 star, service 1 star, problem fix 0 star.

If you want great service, delicious food and tasty cocktails - this is the place to go. Jessica our server was absolutely fantastic. We asked her for some recommendations for things to do and go see and she wrote us a long list. Will deffo make sure we come back before the end of our trip.

I live 5 mins away. How could my food NOT have a temperature? I called as soon as I got home. But they did not answer the phone! I was literally on hold for 20mins, then I just hung up. If I wanted cold chicken I could have went to Publix.

First time at this location and the service was great and the food came out fast! Our server Mia was a cutie pie and super attentive, will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Too tough. I ordered 11oz centre cut sirloin. Cooked medium rare as I requested. However the meat itself was not good. It was very tough and lacking flavour. And I asked for steak sauce they took too long to bring it and most of my steak was consumed by the time they showed up. See photos of steak as I received it and the portion size when the steak sauce arrived. My wife had chicken with shrimp. The shrimp was good but again the chicken was too tough. Two friends with us also had steak (11oz and 8oz sirloin) and both of them had same experience. This is a medium priced steak house and I would expect better for this steak.
