Atmosphere is so cozy! All of the wait staff is amazingly friendly. Ariana was very hospitable and helpful with our questions. Food was well prepared and outstanding of quality. Will be back!

Went on a busy Saturday night, wait times for tables were about 15 or 20 minutes, but we found a nice cozy spot at the bar right away. The two bartenders were friendly and attentive. Food came out pretty quickly and everything was prepared how we had ordered it, with the exception of a medium steak that came out much closer to medium rare.

A touristy steakhouse in a touristy location. Steak was very poor (poor cut for the price, cooked well done despite ordered medium). Average service, I will admit the drink was excellent (though about 15 min late from when expected).

The restaurant is very nice and has a good atmosphere. I'm not very impressed with the food, I've eaten at this restaurant franchise before and had a better experience. I ordered the sirloin medium well but received it overcooked and dry. The salmon was good and so was the burger. The waiter was friendly, but he did not come back to our table to ask if everything was in order, he came back just to ask if we wanted the bill. I went on a Saturday night, maybe on a weekday you can get a better experience.

After walking out of the Sugar Factory we found this lil gem with $7 drinks all day every day. Food was hot when it arrived at the table. If you’re thirsty at Icon Park this is the place.

Our waitress Zoey was fabulous…. Very friendly, super attentive and knowledgeable about the food & drinks. We will be back. Definitely ask for Zoey when you dine here, you will love her. We will be back!

They undercooked my steak. Then we had to wait over an hour for the food again. By the time we received our food it was almost 11pm I wasn't even hungry anymore. Manager did not offer any discounts just brought us weak margaritas. We were starving not thirsty. Never again!

We didn't have to wait long to be seated. The waiter was nice and he was very attentive. My husband loved his steak. We both loved the bread.

We’ve came to this Outback 3 times throughout our stay and we had the privilege to be served by Sunny, and her name could not be more accurate in describing her demeanor and the smile she brings with her every time she motions and walks towards our table. She’ll cheer the group up with her laughs and jokes and is the definition of excellent costumer service and waiting tables. The food was delicious each time and sunny was never hesitant to bring us another order of their delicious bread rolls. If I could come here for lunch and be served by Sunny every time I would!

Went here for the blooming Onion, and stayed for the rest of the food! I have to say the food surprised me, really good!

The sirloin was cooked as requested, and the other plates were really good!

Probably the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. Sent it back and it was still terrible, server was miserable too (this happened in the summer).

We opted for the slow cooked option, and it was probably the worst and hardest slow cooked thing I’ve ever had, quite a let down since all my friends recommended me to eat here.
