Outback Steakhouse, Leesburg FL

The worst experience at an Outback. Sit at the bar which you would expect par service. So we ordered 2 drinks draft beer and bloody Mary. My boyfriend gets his beer. The bartender tends to the other customers and gets someone else's order from kitchen and puts dirty dishes in the rack sitting at the bar and then realizes I still don't have my bloody Mary. We order our meals. Salads come out first and I requested no onion and mine has onions. My new salad comes out with no onion on a HOT plate. My boyfriend ordered Ceasar salad it was more like soup than salad as it was sopping in the dressing. No silverware provided. Had to ask for it. Also never asked about bread and it was never brought out. One of the dinners requested it with barbecue and it comes out with ketchup. Had to ask for barbeque sauce. Bartender also forgot silverware across the bar and beer for another customer. I eat often at Outback in Central Florida as that is where I moved from but this location was just horrible!

Wow! How disappointing todays visit was. I chose to go to Outback for my birthday dinner. Turned out to be a bad idea.
We loved going to Outback; In the past. Unfortunately, they have gone way down in quality and portion size, but not in price.
Mom and Dad ordered the 6 oz Sirloin. They were extremely disappointed! Their "steaks", were over cooked, tough and looked like leather.
I had the 12 OZ ribeye. If I had a scale, I would bet that More than half of my steak, was fat. The flavor was definately not what it has been in the past.
My wife had chicken on the Barbi, She said it was good, but was Surprised at the small portion size.
All in all, We were all disappointed in the taste, size, price and quality.
Iu my opinion, there are other places I would rather spend my many at. We paid over $100.00 for this meal. There are other places I'd rather spend that $100.00

The service was 5 star but the steak was over cooked. They figured to recook but did want to set there for another 30 min. The manger was no help.

Visited outback today with all of my childhood girlfriends for dinner. Our waitress was phenomenal, thanks for that erika white!

Outback is as dependable as it gets. Same great food & service no matter which one we visit.
Never a disappointment.

Server was wonderful, unfortunately, I don't recall her name, but left her a big tip. Food was very good, prepared perfectly. Atmosphere good

Erica was the best last night.me and a few friends came and ate dinner and had a few drinks and we were there for HOURS lol and she was so patient and kind and so prompt.she Def deserve some credit for putting up with us thank you so much

I've eaten at quite a few Outback Steakhouses across the South and this one is just as good as any.cute host.low wait time.well kept with unique decor.and most importantly great food with no complaints!

I have noticed that your clientel has dropped off quiet a bit. Could it be because you have increased your prices, have a lot of add on charges and the size of your servings have become smaller? Especially on the appetizers. Also the recipe for the potato soup seems to have changed, with a lot of the main ingredients left out? Just suggesting.

Food was awesome, hot and good portions. Service was great, managers stopped in to great. Place was clean.

Wait was a lil long but once seated service was great food was excellent and brought dtink refi) s with out having to ask

Good food. Good service. But, the place needs some upkeep. Tables have lacquer coming off. Floor needs refinished.

First was ok. Went kinda of later in the evening, only 1 server on the floor who then got busy, so service started to suffer.

Amazing experience. The crew was fantastic it was our anniversary, and they made my day even more special. It's good to know that kind people still exist. The food is always great but the friendly smiles where even better.

Nice looking restaurant, food today was good, but I thought a little pricy for what you get. Temp was a little cool.

Expensive but good food edpevially since their prime rib tastes more like the old way they used to make.

Always some issue at this Outback. Food prepared wrong, subpar wait staff. Quality of meat compared to other Outbacks not as good. We don't go to this restaurant anymore.

Food was good. Lunch options are nice. Service was lousy. 45 minutes between finishing one bowl of soup and getting the next. Friendly but ditzy waitress forgot a lot.

Beautiful steaks with amazing appetizers, lovely and charming staff, I overall it we as one the best dining experiences I've ever had.
