Had my side by side fixed here. Would not shift into reverse and kept popping out, was under warranty so Coleman paid for it. The repair department did a good job and had it back to me quickly. The office people were a little fussy on details, but we still got it all done quickly

Outdoor Toys and Accessories is an awesome place to do business with or for toys. The staff is polite and nice, they do everything they can to help you. I have bought a youth ATV and a Mini bike and I am starting today in the process on financing another youth ATV. The prices are good too and it’s worth the money. If you haven’t been there before you are missing out. Also the financing payments are good too they won’t break your wallet or bank. I am gonna do more business with them when I get this second youth ATV paid off. This is the first dealer I have dealt with and I am not disappointed at all. Everything they sell has a warranty. I must highly recommend. I can’t wait to buy the next toy (s) there. Come get the fun today and don’t wait. I have more positive things to say about Outdoor Toys and Accessories. But that’s it for now lol. Once again I am not disappointed at all. Take care and have fun you’re only gonna live once so have fun lol.

Lady is extremely rude and Unreasonable to work with it's bad enough that they're overpriced for everything In store and.dont ask for service takes forever and don't do job right You'd better off takwn them to your neighborhood tweaker to repair your stuff before you bring it in here.

Everytime I have been this business I have always left satisfied. I bought a scooter and a utility trailer. It's got pretty decent deals and offers ways of credit. Love visiting there. Y'all should stop in and see all the stuff

Excellent variety, but terrible service, the 49 cc scooters mentioned to me that I could drive them without a license and it is not true, with the plate, we have been waiting for more than a month and it has not yet arrived, I already paid for them, I have called them and almost They never respond and when they do, they look for different justifications, in short, a very bad job, to this date I still do not have the license plate of the motorcycle, I am waiting for them to be able to take the Scooter out on the street

Vert kind and respectful. They took my 650 for a test drive to make sure it was good and noticed the steering was off and fixed it rite then in no time. Always there for you so far. No complaints even after tree limb crushed the roof and shattered windshield they’re still helping me.

Took my scooter to outdoors for repairs. Staff was very friendly. Got my scooter back to me quickly and it runs great again!

Worst slaes experience I've ever had. Their sales associate (young black haired lady) was of absolutely no help. I inquired about financing as I wanted to put 50% down and remainder in two weeks. Their third party financing company asked for my bank statement, which I emailed to them twice, but they said that wasn't sufficient and gave no reason. When I called them twice to figure out the issue, no one answered and the sales associate became irritated and no longer wanted to help me. I would have just decided to buy it flat out but after her conduct toward me and the issue with the financing company, I walked off. She does not care to make a sale for the owner or about return business. Hopefully the owner does something about it.
