Outlaw Rentals - Front Beach, Panama City Beach FL

Heather was easy to work with and made the reservation, pick up, and return process quick and easy! This was not our first rental from Outlaw Rentals on Front Beach and we will definitely be back again!

(FRAUD) I WISH THAT I CAN PUT ZERO STARS DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER, WE JUST LEFT FROM THIS PLACE THEY STOLE OUR DEPOSIT AND THEN TRIED TO ADD ON ANOTHER AMOUNT OF $349 AFTER WE RENTED FROM THEM FOR 3 DAYS THE GUY NEVER ONCE MENTIONED ANYTHING JUST KEPT TAKING OUR MONEY WE RENTED THE GREEN SLINGSHOT, THE MAN CLAIMED TO SAY WE PUT A TINY SCRATCH ON THE BOTTOM BUMPER, THAT WE DID NOT PUT AS WE HAVE OUR OWN VIDEOS AND PICTURES! YOU WOULD REALLY HAVE TO BE CLOSE UP ON THE VEHICLE TO SEE ANYTHING! WE EVEN TIPED THESE PEOPLE AND ALL! PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AWARE WHEN YOU RENT FROM THIS PLACE WHICH I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE!

Waste of money. It was a rat box. Very slow.they must put limiter on engine.
Engine smells like it’s burning oil. Turning radius is awful. Bottoms out when you have 6 people in vehicle. Not worth spending your hard earned money on this vehicle.

And the duplicate review was in error due to the wrong location since you have 3-4 locations on the same strip

BEWARE: after taking LOTS of photos of the vehicle they filed a crash report on us upon return. Photos we had showed that the damage already existed. They took our entire deposit and charged us another $200 for minor scratches to a plastic bumper. THAT ALREADY EXISTED.
Very unhappy. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I rented a 4 seater golf cart on my mini vacation and had a blast. It was sharp looking and it had a lil gitty up to it. I was very appreciative of Heather because I was running a little behind on returning it but she was understanding and cut me a little slack. I highly recommend Outlaw Rentals and for anyone to go straight to Heather. She is awesome! She will get you what you want when you wanna cut loose and have a little fun! See ya when I return! I send this message, it will be possible for us all to get together to make a claim for fraud, we rent this vehicle, it says that it has damages, when it is a lie, call the police and they told me to file a civil court and I will do it. I don't mind going back, it's time to put a stop to this robbery, they stole our deposit, I see I'm not the first.when we got out of there they called us stupid. When I arrive I will talk to my lawyer God bless you and a lady who gave us her face treated us so badly arrogantly.

My son had an accident while on one of the scooters. Granted it was my son's fault because he hit somebody in the back after they had to stop quickly. I'm not disputing that it was his fault, but the amount they made us pay for the damage was absolutely ridiculous. They know that they can do it because you don't really have anyone to turn to to dispute it. These things are mostly made of plastic. They told us it had a $1,100 worth of damage when in reality it probably was no more than $400 worth of damage. Just be very careful when you're renting from them because you will pay for it dearly if anything happens at all. Also apparently they like to come on and give a review after you do and type out things that start with ya. That tells you all you need to know. ‍️Just so you know we do know a lot about bikes and that amount is incredibly ridiculous.

I should have read the reviews first because I have the same problem as everyone else with them keeping the deposit and outlaw saying it's the front bumper scratched. When we left the guy said everything was good. But being underhanded doesn't last long so enjoy while you can, you will go down.

Everytime my family rents from here they never get their deposit back, and the other stores are just as bad they didnt do anything might want to take pictures to cover yourself as a paying customer. We will not be back!

We rented one yesterday they dropped price 100.00. I take it back today get my deposit back two hours later they charge me damage of 180.00 for a scratch you have to LITERALLY stand on your head to see underneath that was probably already there they are garbage to do business with. Would never recommend to any one.

Really want to give no stars, please listen when I say this company is SCAMMMM its no joke, they wait for you to leave and they work with the towing company’s around Panama and follow you around and look for reasons to tow you, or they blame you for damage you didn’t do so they can keep your deposit also after getting your slingshot towed and the also cost a arm and a leg not to mention your stranded and also have to pay for a Uber! Do not rent from this company they like to ruin peoples vacation, steal your money and scam you, we had the vehicle for 30 minutes went in Walmart came back out it was gone! If you rent from them prepared to get scammed! SCAMMMMMmmmmmmmERrrrrrrs

Best thing to do in PCB! We had the most fun renting golf carts and riding Front Beach. Big shput out to Heather as she was so informative, kind & helpful; thank you. Can't wait to rent again.

Don't rent from here they are rip offs never leave a deposit they make stuff up to keep your deposit bad business and very rude folks

Love this place they are super friendly and have the best equipment around. I won't rent from any other rental company.

To make a long story short, please read the reviews before you rent anything from this business. They are not only way overpriced, but they will rip you off the first chance they get. Anything that happens to your rental they will blame on you. So they don't have to compensate you or give you back your deposit. I wish I would have read their reviews before renting from them.
